Mjora Butik Otel — Hotel in Çamlıhemşin

This is the worst hotel me and my family have ever stayed in our life and the price is very expensive (around 126 Euro) per night for which the hotel is not even worth to pay 25 Euro per night. After visiting the place I have observed luxurious hotels with amazing facilities are available in the same location for the same or lesser price than I have paid.

The family room was very small and when we arrived it was having disgusting smell and there was no air condition neither fan and the room was hot. The ceiling was of less height and in some areas will hit your head and overall it was suffocating in the room. The toilet was so small as only less than 1 meter wide and even difficult to turn around or change your dress. There was no toiletries except hand wash.

Even they charge such huge amount for a night there was not even a small bottle of water kept for the guest.

As soon as we observed the situation when we arrived told the owner that the room was so terrific for family of 5 to stay and asked cancel booking or to provide AC room. But they refused to cancel and refund neither provide us with a spacious room or a room with AC.

I am shocked to see how they get high rating on booking or Agoda. The pictures posted neither the reviews on these sites are totally different from the situation on-site.

The breakfast provided was Ok we can say with basic butter, jam, pan cake, omelet and black tea

The location is isolated from all shops or town, and the hotel and surrounding is not hygiene at all. Me and family have already suffered and I wish no one face such terrible situation..

Please please don’t waste your money and spoil your vacation like we had . Look for alternate and better hotels near Rize and Aider. Not at all worth for what you pay……..

Mjora Butik Otel is easily accessibel by minibus or taxi from Camlihensin village, which is about 6 km away.||||The sound of water running from the river next to the hotel is therapeutic.||||Husband and wife Erdal and Pinar make a great team in running the place.||||Erdal was kind enough to spare a few hours away from his busy schedule, at short notice, to take us to Zilkane Fortress and Palovit Selalesi.||||Pinar is also a great cook in the preparation of our generous breakfast spread. Rengarenk rüya gibi bir görüntü karşılıyor önce sizi. Abisi Atilla da daha 5 yaşında ama vedaları sevmemeyi öğrenecek kadar sevgi dolu bir çocuk. İşletme değil ev olarak sahipleniyorlar oldukları yeri. Bu yüzden de girişte ayakkabılarınızı "dışardan stres getirmek yasaktır" yazan bir paspasın üzerine bırakıp yalın ayak devam ediyorsunuz odalara. Her şey çok temiz ve planlı.
