The Sheraton Ankara has provided me with my best hotel experience. Other hotels might have a little better this or better that, but the staff at this hotel has provided me with the most efficient, professional service with sincere friendliness and hospitality.

Ms. Ozlem, in the SPG Club is always a friendly and welcoming as I stumble in for my breakfast coffee. She, like others on the staff, demonstrates a genuine personal interest in the guests. Being a long-staying business traveler, this human element is welcome before another day of work. Ms. Tugce, of Guest Relations, is always interested in my experience and makes the effort to ensure the guests are well treated.

All the staff are professional, friendly, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Every request I have made, has been addressed promptly and correctly.

Another important element is the high quality of the complimentary (and I mean regular guest's) internet. It is the best I have ever had in any hotel. That makes a big difference when I am working in my room.

Having stayed at the Movenpick Ankara just the week before gave me a good comparison of the Movenpick and the Sheraton in Ankara. Let met tell you, the difference is huge. The Sheraton's location, hospitality, food quality, and service completely surpasses the Movenpick by a ton. The rates were similar but Sheraton Anakara really knows how to treat their guests well. In the many starwood properties that I've stayed around the world (400+ nights), the Sheraton Anakara really made a SPG loyal customer feel truly valued. Sevcan Akkoca was front desk representative when I checked in. Her attention to detail and care is second to none. I had an early flight out the on the day of check out, and she offered to prepare a packed breakfast for me at 3:30am. This level of service reminds me why I had been a SPG loyalist over the last decade. I had used a suite night upgrade and my room/suite was beautiful with gorgeous view. The Club lounge was adequate with pretty tasty snacks as well as alcohol from 5-8pm. Breakfast in the restaurant had lots of variety and fresh juice. All in all an amazing stay.
