ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE for the money we paid. There is nothing that could prove that this hotel deserves 4 stars. Everything is dirty, nobody does their job, just sit around playing phones. There is no interest about visitors needs. Windows have not been cleaned since this place opened, outside is full of waste and dirt. Our sink was broken and disfunctional, sofas were dirty, pillows on outside terrace as well. We asked to change them couple of times. After nobody responded, we just took them to reception and left there. We had to ask to bring towels to us and clean our room several times as well. When we confronted reception about this, they tried to find excuses - staff is having dinner, hotel is fully booked and other bs. Btw, hotel was not fully booked, staff members were just hanging around, smoking and playing with their phones. Other than that, I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING THEIR MONEY AND TIME IN THIS PLACE. Beach is also not easily accessible, if you want nice sandy beach you need to go to public area or use beach club area - you cannot leave your stuff there if you don’t want to spend 36 EUR for food and drinks there. Hotel beach has laying places that are sooo dirty you need some time to get used to that. Some days beach towels arrive after 11 o’clock. And hotel sea area is full of rocks. Please do not believe any of the reviews that have 5 stars...

Calling this a luxury resort is a joke. We stayed for two days and I was happy.to leave this place behind. It might have been nice when it was built, but it has not been kept up to standard. Our room looked used and boring. Furniture was old and broken, nothing on the walls, just plain white paint. The ashtray was full from the former occupant and the balcony not cleaned. It had cigarette buds all over the floor and wasn't cleaned while we stayed there either. There were hairballs in the corners inside the room and the shower handle fell off during the first shower. The waiters in the restaurant were very young teenagers (which there is nothing wrong with normally), but they had really dirty unwashed clothes on and didn't know anything about polite waiting. They had two menus online and didn't know which one was the correct one, which I found hilarious. We asked for some of the items only to be told "sorry, it's not available" and it happened for five different menu items.|The outside of the "resort" was so unkept and dirty also. Rubbish everywhere and dead grass lawns. Very depressing place and I hope others won't make the same mistake as us, by booking a stay here.|One good thing I'd like to point out were the baggage boys. AMAN DİKKATLİ OKUYUN Bu zamana kadar bu platformdan ne gördüysem ne yaşadıysam yazmaya çalıştım. Insanların tatil hevesiyle bu pandemi donemınde hayallere dalıp otel veya seyahat acentalarının sitelerini aşındırdıgı bu dönemde bende direk otelden bir rezervasyon yaptım.tecrubemı de neyse aktarmaya calısıyorum.Acr Group bünyesinde daha önce herşeyi ile bu kadar kötü bir otele gitmedim diyebilirim. 27 Haziran günü sokağa çıkma yasağı başlamadan yani sabah 09:00 dan önce otele girdık ve oda ayarlana kadar kahvaltı salonuna gectık. Ve sonrası hepten sıkıntılı bir süreç İlk olarak herşey dahil diye satılan pakette soylemdiğine göre kahvaltı öğle yemegı ve akşam yemeği var. Ara öğün ,aparatif herhangi bir şey yok bar yok.otelde beachı başka bir işletmeye verilmiş,beach güzel ama orda ictıgınız ve yediğniz hersey ücretli.ıhtiyac varsa kahvaltı yapılan otel gşrisınde restorana gitmeniz gerekir. Yani hersey dahil degil.Havuz var ıkı adet. Bırı tadilatta diğeri kırlı ve halen etrafında bir tadilat söz konusu. Sahile yakın WC civarında tadilat malzemeleri ortada.yani misafirlerinde her an kürek mala ne barsa ortalıkta duranbir malzemeye basıp yaralanması an meselesi. Ve yemek olayı Beklentin minimum ise Kahvaltı idare eder. Ama!!! Tabaklarda ayrı ayrı peynir,domates,salatalık va olur ve her birinde maşa olur ve bunlarla sen tabağına alırsın ıstedıklerını. Ama bu covid19 Dan önceydi ve artık otellerde tabagı uzatıyorsunuz ve görevli ıstedıgınz malzemeyi tabağınıza koyuyor.ama kahvaltıda böyle bir tedbir olmadığı gıbı ortada dolaşan bir sürü kıyafetinden de anlayamadığımız ama garson olduğunu düşündüğüm bir çok çalışan da bu tedbirlerden çok uzak bir anlayışta calısıyorlar.Gelelim öğlen yemeğine ,aç kalırsın. Bir tavuk çorbası makarna ve haşlama bir et yemegı yetersız seviyede ,meyve ve salata yetersız seviyede . Yemek icin restoran da yer masa sandalye hepten yetersız. İade veya rezervasyonun civarda başka bir acr grup oteline kaydırılmasını talep ettim. ıkı saat boyunca call center ordan oraya atttı Enson ne sabır kaldı ne Sarz. 15:30 A kadar otelde ordan oraya dön dur ve sonuç alamama. Sınav var ve saat 15:00 a kadar sokağa cıkma yasağı var, iadeyi yapsam kapıda bekleyeceğim ki kurtulayım burdan .oda verıldı 15:35 da. Elektrık yok odada.teknık ekıp geldı 20 dk sonra. Saç kurutma makınasından bir sorundan dolayı sigorta akımı kesıyor dedı.resepsıyon odanın degıstırilecegını bildirdi. Bu arada ben hala call centerı arayıp derdımı anlatmaya çalışıyorum. Nihayet 16:30 da iade talebim alındı ve hafta içi bu iadenin yapılacağı bildirildi. Otelden çıkış yaptık. Cumartesi heba oldu neyse. Ben otel rezervasyonunu turizm ecentasından yapmadım. Direk resmî internet sayfalarından telefonla aldım rezervasyonu. Plajın başka bir işletmenin işlettiği , orda yenen içilen herşeyin ücretli olduğu, otel de havuzda ve genel alanda tadilat olduğu sitelerinde ve sözlü beyanlarında malasef yok.otelde yaşayıp da öğreniyor sunuz bu çok üzücü.heba olan bir ve sinir harbi dolu bir gün. Şimdi bakın. Bir takım kişilerde yorum kısmına ‘’ harika ,süper’’ yazmış. Nasıl bir algı oyunudur anlamak mümkün değil. Ben her hafta sonu yaz döneminde beach ve otel olsun gider ve deneyimimi paylaşmak isterim ki kolay kazanılmayan zaman ve paralar heba olmasın. Ben bu mekana bir saatlik mesafeden geldim, bir gün kalıp dönecektim. Ya uzaktan gelen, iptalde sukıntı çeken veya iptal etse bile başka bir mekan bulamama sorunu yaşayanların vah haline. Be 21 haziranda 2020 de parasını odedıgım,27 haziranda yukarda belirttiğim nedenlerle girmemle çıkmamın bir olduğu bu kara tatilin iade bedelini bir aydır talep ediyorum. Hala yapılacak...
