I have nothing good to say about this hotel. I am glad we only stayed 4 days but still felt so much longer than that. Where to start... ||The food was very spicy and weird. Intestines with chickpeas??? Who eats this come on. Turkish food is so much better than this. We were starving during our stay and ruined our stomachs because of too much spice in everything. Actually after the first day, I politely informed the Chef the doner meat was too spicy and I was hoping he would care but it was the opposite, more spicy food was served next day. You have to pay for the water except breakfast and dinner hours. There is nothing free and a little bottle of coke is 20 lira. ||There is no animation or entertainment whatsoever in this hotel. Also, there is nothing close by except some expensive fish restaurants. You are left to get bored and watch TV in your room or take a taxi to nearby towns. If you want to go to the sea you have to catch one of the shuttles so they take you to a private beach in Ayayorgi Bay but the shuttles are not hourly as advertised. You are lucky to find one every 2 hours. The pool is average and after seeing how dusty the rooms are I wasn’t brave enough to use the pool.||We enjoyed playing with the kittens at the backyard their mum happened to gave birth there and hotel staff was looking after them. That was the only nice thing about our stay. No thanks but we are not planning to...
Read moreMe and my wife booked this hotel to experience the wonders of Çeşme. This was the first hotel after our marriage and it was the beginning of our honeymoon. I regretted every moment of our stay. We were aware it was off season when we came (October 8th). We actually wanted it to be less crowded and did not mine if we miss out on a few things, however I cannot express my distaste for this place. Out of the 3 days we were to stay, the water was off half the time. When questioned about it all they said is it does that sometimes. I should be back on after 4 PM (we asked this after it was after 4 PM in the first place, it came back on after 8 PM). The pool was being remodeled or extensive work was being done. The breakfast and dinners were horrible. Our first night there the cooks left early causing issues with the menu (It was suppose to be open buffet but there was none). Construction inside the building was also being done at the same time causing much noise and discomfort, especially early mornings. The entire time I was there I could not connect to the WiFi. We ended up actually leaving earlier than scheduled without a second thought. Maybe we came at the worst possible time, but I cannot just give this place a great review. I have stayed at some pretty bad hotels before but has to be the worse experience I...

whole hotel and facilities need maintenance no wifi in rooms......... how do you expect customers to be satisfied? cleaning is not done every day, we had to call 4 times after 3 days to get the room cleaned. no do not disturb signs on doors, so staff wakes you up at 9 am on a Sunday to ask if they can clean the room, when they do. tables are not being cleaned after people have breakfast, lunch or diner in the restaurant and pool area. Facilities are therefore disgusting. Gym equipment not working or old. Rooms are old and dirty - they have never been refurbished since the hotel opened (drawers are broken, floor and carpet are tainted, curtains have holes on them from people smoking etc.) when staff cleans, they don't hoover the carpets and don't clean dust on lamps, bed etc. staff is LAZY and don't do what they say they will do - see examples above. food quality (lunch and diner restaurant) is not very good -...
