In general it was a positive expirience but is nit a real 4 stars hotel... For breakfast there us not alternative, is a standard Turkish breakfast, even coffee i couldn't have in the morning. The only solution is to get one from Starbucks coffee corner on the reception level. The room smeels like a smooker room even if it wasn't. It is well located near the lake and the shopping boulevard.

Хороший отель. Цена = качество. Плюсы: чистота (чистое и сухое постельное белье, ежедневные уборки, замена грязных полотенец), доброжелательный и вежливый персонал, новая сантехника. В номере есть сейф, шкаф, фен, мыло, шампунь, холодильник, чайник, кружки, климат контроль (кондиционер), много зеркал, телевизор. Классический хороший турецкий завтрак в ресторане, на верхнем этаже здания с красивым видом. Минусы: очень маленький номер, на 4 человека дали номер с 2 (двумя) кроватями ( по просьбе принесли манеж-кровать для ребенка), очень много стеклянных поверхностей. В общем отель хороший, приятный, но с детьми не удобно. С мужем вдвоем поехать можно, с детьми поедем, в следущий раз,в другой. Дополняю: сняла звезду. Стекло на столе лопнуло от тяжёлой керамической кружки отеля. Все 7 дней, пока мы жили с детьми, администрация отеля бездействовала, стекло было с осколками ( не заклеили, не убрали опасный предмет), при выезде за порчу взыскали 200 лир. Настоятельно не рекомендую посещение данного отеля с маленькими детьми, а так же быть самим очень аккуратными со стеклом на всех столах в номере!!!

Clean, neat and spacy rooms. Breakfast is really good with beautiful dam lake view. Bed is comfy, wi-fi is decent. Staff is friendly. There is parking lot in front of the hotel. Easy to access highway from the hotel. All in all, this hotel is one of my favourite in Adana.

Clean, neat and spacy rooms. Breakfast is really good with beautiful dam lake view. Bed is comfy, wi-fi is decent. Staff is friendly. There is parking lot in front of the hotel. Easy to access highway from the hotel. All in all, this hotel is one of my favourite in Adana.

Last weekend I placed a half dozen of my relatives ,coming from various cities of Turkey for my son's wedding ceremony, at Masel Hotel .My relatives were those who should be hosted at my home elsewise. They were all amused of staying at Masel Hotel and they stated that theý felt comfortable as if they were settled at my home.Room service was perfect and the hotel staff was cheerful and helpful.They enjoyed the full panaroma of the lake...

Masel was a nice surprise in Adana. It is in a very good location. There is a cool cultural center (Leman) for coffee or drinks next to it and amazing kebap house across the street. The room is ok size with all necessities. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory and the restaurant was kozzy. It is a 10 minute taxi ride from airport and 5 mins to...
