Sept 2025| A couple with 6 year old boy.|We have been to quite a few all inclusive hotels in Antalya over the years.||First thing, the hotel did not cater for 3 people. I had to request that the room be for 3 people which we booked. |They added a camp bed to the room which was a foot off the floor (see pic). |None of us would use it so ended up 3 in a bed for the full holiday. Least we expected was proper beds to sleep in.||Grounds|Lobby is lovely and well maintained along with the rest of the grounds. Looks lovely at night from the terrace in the lobby.|Beach looked nice though we chose to stay at pool area.||Drinks|They have a beer fridge which was great as you can help yourself to bottles (see pic). Lots of branded spirits. Not sure if they are watered down as not much affect when drinking.|Mixology bar would be nice if they didn't infuse all the spirits with herbs and spices as it ruins all the cocktails.|Tall guy who works there is really nice. |Kids love all the snacks they give you. Popcorn, gummie bears, watermelon, nuts etc. |Guy with glasses on refused to make my cocktail with normal tequila and insisted I stuck to the menu even when I said I can't have the tequila infused with chillies. Yet he said he would give me a shot of tequila (but wouldn't use it in the drink). His attitude made us leave!|Wine is not very nice at hotel so probably best to take your own from duty free if your a wine drinker. ||Entertainment|Best night is when the show comes in from outside. |Other nights there is nothing but a show.....no audience interaction or having kids/adults on stage joining in. |Just feels a bit flat and not much fun!|Pool entertainment my little one missed seeing the daily dance routine that the staff do at the pool at most other hotels. |No entertainment for kids at the main pool it's all adult focused.|Entertainment staff sorry to say are possibly the worst I have seen at a hotel. Make no effort to speak to you or the kids. |||Staff|Alot of rude and unhelpful staff. Few nice ones. |Woman making omelette was rude and threw uncooked omelette on plate (swimming in runny egg). We told manager in buffet restaurant. He was lovely and even though we didn't want another omelette he kindly brought over another perfectly cooked done and apologised. |Sukran who works in the main buffet restaurant (right next to the hotel shop end of restaurant) is really lovely and she is great with the kids (if only all the staff were like her.....see photo). She really makes an effort and we did not see this from other staff.|Another couple with a child also commented on how lovely she was and how helpful.|There's a couple of guys at the pool bar at the main pool bar that were nice too.|One of them makes a nice expresso martini. ||Kids club|Well....I must say it's the worst one I have come across. I would not leave my child in there. Twice I went in to see what it was like. 4 staff in there and not one of them interacted with the kids. Sat looking at their mobile phones looking miserable. No atmosphere at all in there. |Absolutely no chance of my child being left in there. Terrible! |Need full new staff team. ||Kids pool and splash park|My little boy didn't like it. Preferred the adult pool. He could only slide down the toddler slide in the kids pool as the other slide that looks good is pointless as it doesn't let you slide. People trying to pour bottles of water down to help them move. Looks good but not!||Room and cleaners|Can't speak for them all but ours (orzla) was really nice and friendly and left things on the bed which my little boy loved (see pics).|Room stocked with soft drinks and water on arrival. Room has a kettle and stocked with tea and coffee.|Has shower and bath.....shower very powerful. |Beds are very comfortable.|We had tiny balcony with only chair. Requested another chair and they brought one. ||Food|Ok.....had better at all inclusive hotels in Antalya. Nothing that my child would eat but he can be fussy when abroad.|Sushi bar lady looked annoyed when I asked for extra Soy and squirted a full plate also she got it all over my clothes (see pic). Fair to say I couldn't eat it.|There's a little stand that does small plates that are made up for you. There's were really nice. |Soup is always nice too. |The food in the buffet restaurant is scattered all over and takes ages to get round and your food not very hot by time you get to eat it.|Only all inclusive hotel I have been to where you don't get at least one free night in one of the al a carte restaurants.|The snack restaurant opposite kids club we tried twice......food cold both times. Cold pasta, cold burger, cold pizza. |Didn't go back!|Kids and adults loved the freezer at the pool bar that is full of ice lollies, cornettos and calypso included in the all inclusive. |||Shopping|Buy any essentials before going......especially your pool inflatables as the hotel shop is extortionate prices. |35 euro for a airbed. |Kids sweets at the other stall are also very expensive. 3 - 4 times the price of UK. |Bus stop outside to take you 5 mins up the road to shops and it's about 1 euro each. |You have to stand in a dangerous place where the bus stop is located you are stood on the road. We just got taxi outside. They try to charge you 15 euro but we only ever told then 10 euro. |Have the cash to give them as if you pay card they drop you at their friends shop and they charge you more. |Shops are expensive compared to other places in Antalya. |I hardly bought much here. They hassle you too much.|||All in all I would not return to the hotel and this is based mainly on the staff and the lack of interaction and entertainment. There is much better in antalya for the same price. |Some are a little further transfer time but worth it...
Read moreWe recently stayed at IC Green Palace and had a mixed experience – some standout highlights, but also some areas where the hotel really needs to improve.||⭐ The Highlights||The entertainment team truly made the holiday.||Yugitz was fantastic – running boules and air rifle shooting with so much energy and humour. He remembered everyone’s names, had personal banter with guests, and kept things fun (even photobombing people’s pictures while they waited). He spoke multiple languages fluently – his English and German were better than mine, and I was born in Germany!||Cihan was equally lovely, leading archery sessions with the style of a loveable strict teacher. She spotted the little adjustments people needed and playfully told them off when they ignored her and missed the target – which made it all the more enjoyable.||The activity programme overall is varied (same schedule each day except Sundays), so you can dip in and out whenever you like. Evening shows were also well put together and entertaining – we especially enjoyed the family-friendly ones after the mini-disco, and though we didn’t stay up late enough for the adult entertainment, we heard great feedback from others.||A special touch: the hotel arranged a cake and balloon for my daughter’s birthday, which really made her day and was much appreciated.||⚖️ The Neutral – Food||Food was a mixed bag.||The à la carte restaurants require extra payment, which is unusual compared to other resorts where you usually get at least one free visit per week.||The main buffet restaurant is large but very poorly laid out. It was often cramped, and we regularly saw people tripping or bumping into each other while trying to weave through the stations. After two days, we found ourselves eating the same things daily as the options felt repetitive.||There’s always a Turkish bread station, pasta, salads, chips/onion rings, and a small selection of rotating hot dishes. One stand had plated food that changed daily, which was nice, but overall it could really benefit from themed evenings to create variety.||Desserts were mostly the same, though the bread itself was excellent – crisp outside, soft inside. Oddly, butter was placed in different locations depending on whether it was breakfast or dinner.||Once a week, there’s an ice cream vendor cutting slices from a giant slab (fun and unique), but otherwise the ice cream was standard.||The restaurant by the large slides was a great discovery towards the end of our stay – à la carte style, very tasty, though often packed. The iced coffees at the nearby café were amazing.||A nice touch: fridges with bottled water around the pools, so you could help yourself anytime. There were also staff on roller skates serving drinks, but we only saw this once in 10 days, so a bit inconsistent.||❌ The Lowlights||The biggest letdowns were front-of-house, housekeeping, and the kids’ club:||Reception & housekeeping:||At check-in, there was no warm welcome. We were handed an info sheet and told to go to our rooms. No explanation about internet access (which turned out to be simpler than it looked), or directions to key areas. For such a large resort, this was a missed opportunity.||Housekeeping repeatedly removed our coffee mugs and never replaced them, despite us asking multiple times by phone and in person. In the end, I had to get mugs from bar staff or cleaners directly.||My wife’s face cloth (admittedly similar to a towel) was taken. We reported it, but each time were told “it will be looked into.” There was no follow-up, no update, and by the fourth day we gave up.||Kids’ Club:||The staff here really lacked enthusiasm. They signed kids in but didn’t seem engaged or excited to be there. Most of the time, the kids were just sitting around without much encouragement.||During an art competition, my daughter wanted to participate again after the first round. We were told yes, but then after promising twice, the team packed up at round three with several upset kids who never got a turn – very poor communication.||At the bath bomb-making session, the two people running it were great, but with about 30 kids to handle they were overwhelmed. They repeatedly called out for “animation team” help, but only one person eventually came. With more support, this could have been a much smoother experience.||That said, the evening mini-disco and shows were much better – the host (a lady who looked a bit like Sophie Vangaria) was full of energy, encouraged all the kids to join in, and created a great atmosphere.||🔧 Suggestions for Improvement||Reception needs to offer a proper welcome and a clear, practical guide (e.g., “For the main food hall, go down to floor L and walk ahead”).||Reception and housekeeping should follow through on requests and provide updates, even if the issue isn’t resolved immediately.||The buffet needs a layout redesign to reduce crowding, and themed dinner nights would stop the food from feeling so repetitive.||The kids’ club team needs training and more staff support so they can engage with the children and manage activities smoothly.||✅ Overall||The entertainment staff were outstanding and really made the holiday special. The birthday cake and balloon for my daughter, iced coffees, and little touches like poolside fridges were great. But poor organisation at the front desk, lack of follow-up from housekeeping, repetitive food, and a lacklustre kids’ club prevent this resort from being excellent.||With better organisation, more engaged kids’ staff, and clearer communication, IC Green Palace could easily go from...
Read moreThis was the 2nd time we stayed in IC Hotel. We stayed for 4 days during the last week of March whilst it was the winter concept, and we liked it so much that we decided to come back in 3 weeks.
This time, it's summer concept. I must say it was just as enjoyable. We enjoyed every single bit of our stay here; from kids club to food to entertainment.
Kids club: They have activities throughout the day such as face painting, kinetic sand, dart games, pizza making, art and craft, etc The staff at Kids Club are so kind, caring, and fun. Shout out to Tugba and her colleague for hosting a great fun show every night for kids.
Entertainment: There were shows every night. We thoroughly enjoyed Anatolian love stories, Mool acrobat, and Brazilian salsa. Bek made sure there was a variety of entertainment, and the live music at night was amazing.
Food: There is so much variety of food that it's impossible to even taste everything. You will always have something even if your kids are fussy eater. Plenty of vegetarian food. They had some vegan food too. The waiters - the best service you could get. We were looked after very well from the time we would sit on the table to the very end till we leave the restaurant. They know what they are doing. Very friendly and ready to serve. However, we noticed that the Service was a little bit better during winter concept. May be that's because there were less people at that time. The lobby is opened 24 hours and the drinks are available throughout. You can also get snacks, cakes, patisseries until 5pm.
Activities: We tried Air rifle. You don't need to book or reserve a place, just turn up! We had never even touch an air rifle before but we were explained how to use it. My wife scored 2nd highest in 1st day and came 1st on the 2nd day and won a medal which she loved showing off when we came back. They have other activities too like archery, pilates, yoga, dart etc but unfortunately we couldn't try them as we didn't have time.
Kids club. Our kids (4 and 5 years old) loved kids club and they will miss it very much. It opens from 8 or 10am - 7pm. You can leave your children (over 4) and come back at your own time. Plenty of activities and soft toys to keep children occupied.
Miscellaneous: Pools were cleans, and you could use indoor or outdoor. Aqua Park was opened until 5 or 5:30 pm, and there was no queue everytime we tried.
We also tried Lillium Spa. We were given a package for €90 which Included body peeling, massage and face mask (although I didn't try face mask as I prefer to use only a particular brand). Hamam and Suana are free for everyone. The market inside is a bit too over priced. Where you could be paying upto 3 times more than the actual price. For example: turkish sweet were 800 Liras per kg whereas from outside you can get as lowest as 200 Liras for the same product.
I have also attached some pictures. Have a look, although they don't do any justice. It's much better in real.
My only suggestion to IC Hotel management is to keep some change if you want your customers to give tip to your employees. Unfortunately, we only had notes in 100 Liras. We like to reward if we get good service. We had no option but to give 100 Lira to everyone. Although I would liked to give 50 Liras to 2, instead of 100 to one. There were other people asking for change too but the receptionist were not too keen to hand out the change. Everyday I and my wife had to go to reception separately to get some change, we were only given change for 100 each, everyday. So yes IC hotel if you want your employees to get tips for their service please consider this.
Overall, it was a pleasure staying at IC hotel and we look forward to visit...
