This is an honest review from two 20 year old Welsh girls🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. Check in was straight forward and reception staff are friendly. Safe hotel and constantly monitored by security which is great for families. Rooms are basic, but okay we wasn’t bothered as we wasn’t looking to spend the holiday in the room. The room had a small tv, two single beds, a fridge, dressing table, hair dryer and air con. Air con in the room was amazing and we were so thankful as it was over 30° degrees in the day and we woke up freezing from the air con. Housekeeping came everyday and did an excellent job! Fresh towels daily- the cleaning lady was so sweet and very kind 🧽Staff are attentive and make an effort to speak to you☺️Clean hotel never any rubbish as staff are always cleaning! . Felt very welcome as two 20 year old Welsh girls! No one was creepy, just friendly and happy. The food is not the best, it is very traditional! We are fussy girls and didn’t eat much. However, they offer food all through the day, the Turkish pizza man very friendly and the pizza is stunning, he’s there majority of the day. The beach also offer snacks and drinks. The beach is beautiful, very clean and the bar is nice, there are small rocks on the beach and the big rocks by the sea are very slippery- talking from experience lol🤣 the beach is literally a 1 min walk from the hotel through the tunnel! The hotel has two pools and a slide, pools are very deep though! The Entertainment/ animation staff are really good, I recommend a game of darts! Vova from the animation team speaks very good English and is always happy to help, there are pool games and activities going on throughout the day including mini club, and beach workouts! The night entertainment includes a mini disco, the hotel also offers a disco trip to Alanya at 11pm-2.30am for adults with transport! We had an African acrobat show which was brilliant!! You can tell that all staff are trying to make an effort. Other guests also made an effort to speak to us although there isn’t many English speaking people at the hotel, we still managed to make friends and build relationships with others. They offer a boat trip excursion and the rep memhet will sort everything out for you! We highly recommend this trip it was gorgeous😍 We paid 900tl each and that was including food and unlimited soft drinks! You do have to get up early for sun loungers, but we did manage to get some! But a lot of people hog them and it’s so annoying! We spent majority of the time in the hotel just chilling by the pool and going to the beach☀️ The alcohol is very strong tasting and quite cheap, the cocktails are lovely though 🥰They do have small plastic cups for the juice machines which are tiny, but they have bigger cups behind the bar for soft drinks All the bar staff are great and do converse with you in English, and will google translate for you to make sure your issue is sorted! Big up kenen the bar man! He is lovely🫶 I think these reviews are very harsh for an all inclusive holiday, considering we paid £500pp for one week. We didn’t come with high hopes but we are leaving pleasantly surprised🤩 It isn’t a luxurious hotel at all but for the money it is good Thank you everyone at Bieno club SVS, from Tia and Charlie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I noticed there are many negative comments about this hotel, but honestly, I don’t really understand why. We spent a week here in late September and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was not crowded, the weather was beautiful (around 30°C), and the sea was still warm enough to enjoy swimming comfortably. Food: The food variety was much better than expected. There were always options of meat, vegetables, salads, soups, Turkish specialties, and a grill every evening. At the beach snack bar, they served fries and nuggets or onion rings depending on the day. I appreciated that you can actually eat healthy here if you want to, thanks to the diversity of options. Drinks were available all day and until 23:00 at night – coffee, cocktails (like Sex on the Beach or Blue Hawaii), tea, water, and juices. Personnel: The staff was very kind and hardworking. At the reception, the gentleman even helped me carry my luggage to the room. In the restaurant, the waiters were attentive and quick – whenever something ran out during mealtimes, they immediately refilled it. Used plates were cleared efficiently, so the dining area was always well kept. Cleaning staff also did their job properly. Room: The rooms are a bit old-fashioned with furniture that is not the most modern, but everything was clean and usable. The bed was comfortable enough, and we had a nice terrace with working air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable. Activities: The hotel has a small gym with 3–4 machines. They’re not new, but still usable. I trained three times during the week and was able to do both strength and cardio (using the treadmill and stationary bike). Beach: The hotel has its own private beach, which was clean and not crowded. Sunbeds and umbrellas were always available. From 11:00 to 16:00, the beach snack bar served fries and nuggets/onion rings, which was perfect if you didn’t feel like waking up early for breakfast (served until 9:30). The beach is across the road from the hotel, but there’s a dedicated tunnel to cross safely – a thoughtful detail considering Turkish driving habits. Overall: Bieno SVS Club Hotel may not be the most modern or luxurious place, but it offers good value, friendly service, clean facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. If you’re looking for a pleasant holiday with decent food, a nice beach, and kind staff, this hotel is definitely worth considering – especially in late September when it’s less crowded.

I would definitely not recommend going to this hotel if you truly want that “all inclusive” holiday experience. The hotel says 4 stars, but i would honestly say it pushes for a 2. First of all, when we arrived to the hotel late at night, the receptionists weren’t very friendly or helpful. They told us they would give us one room for one night and then another room for the rest. When we asked why, he just gave us a random room that was so disappointing. Not only did it look NOTHING Like the pictures, but it was disgusting. I can deal with less modern and outdated rooms, but it was dirty. Hairs and pubes in the bed, fridge, with leftover waters from the previous visitors. The toilet was rocking back and forth, as was the sink. There was rust in the shower, which wasn’t even set us properly it was placed on the floor. We were given towel-like blankets which were so uncomfortable, and little pillows. The room also smelt of sewage. When we asked if we could get the room cleaned, TWICE, they still didn’t clean it. We didn’t have our beds or towels changed the whole week. We didn’t get any more pillows either. The food was appalling, there was only 4 main dishes to choose from, and they were the same every.single.night. There were no food labels to tell us what the dishes were or the ingredients in them, which was really concerning for allergy safety.Safe to say we had spaghetti and pasta sauce the most nights, or went out to dinner. This is not what you would expect for an all inclusive holiday, we paid more to eat out than eat there. The drinks were basic, cocktails very watered down, not a big selection of spirits or soft drinks. Some of the staff were very friendly, but this was only a few out of the many who were rude. We had waitresses take our unfinished plates away, barge through us when leaving, or just looking like they didn’t want to speak to us. It was like they didn’t want to be there. The hotel atmosphere was okay, the pools were very fun and the restaurants looked lovely to sit in, but there was barely any entertainment in the whole week, we was in bed by 9 most nights or went out elsewhere. The place has lots of potential, but it needs ALOT of work and discipline to get there.

Please avoid this hotel - for your own benefit and sanity, do not ignore this review; essay incoming but covers 3/4 basis of our awful experiences on this holiday. Please read Where to begin - we were greeted by the most angry and frustrated receptionist upon arrival when checking in. I showed him a full screenshot of my reservation as I didn’t have wifi and that wasn’t good enough, which is understandable I guess. I connected to the lobby wifi (the only place in the hotel where there was free wifi), and sent him the email of my reservation just as he requested. Once sent, he “checked” his email and found no proof of the sent email. So I sent it around another 5 times. This still didn’t work. Eventually it did via airdrop. While this was going on, he was calling my friend and I “difficult girls” and slamming his pen down on the desk in a rage. We got to our room and suddenly he started being nice to us. I don’t want to go into the details but it wasn’t appropriate what was said and done. Anyway, he gave us the complete wrong room, a room furthest away from the hotel, one which had a literally massive tree growing through the balcony - we had to duck on our balcony in order avoid this massive tree. The rooms were far from clean; we found a hotel wristband behind the lid of the toilet which obviously was not one of ours, we found a packet of cigarettes under the bed when looking for something. The pillows smelled of literally mould and we had to put towels over them to cover up the smell when sleeping. There was nowhere to sit in the Lobby because everyone is scrounging off the free wifi (which only works in the lobby). Paid €8 for wifi for 3 days and it hardly worked. Only one of us could connect at once even though we were under the same reservation - this caused a lot of difficulty as we had to ask each other to disconnect so the other one could. Had to sign in with a password each time. People are not that friendly although some of the staff are nice. Some of the waiters would ignore my friend and serve others first even though she had been in the queue for a while. Workers at reception desk would look at us and laugh and speak about us in their own language just to make us feel some type of way. People pushed in front of you and walked into you and did not even bat an eyelid - again nothing to do with the hotel but just a warning for tourists (especially young girls) No menu for drinks. Massive language barrier. Not many options for food. People hogging loungers from early in the morning even though there is a sign forbidding this. One of the WORKERS!! Came up to us asking for “little money” holding cash in his hand expecting us to give him money, and when we said no he said “f* you”; this is one of the workers mind. He did not ask anyone else. Room hadn’t been cleaned; still bins were full after 3 days. Our air conditioning wasn’t working at one point and when we asked reception if they could come and have a look, they never did. Same again with the wifi, they claimed they would have the technical team come and have a look yet they never did send anybody. A man from the animation team called Vivo was very nice and kind to us and sat and spoke to us a lot which was nice. The shop keeper (a young boy and his father) were lovely and were also really nice to us as well and made us feel a bit more welcome. Pool is all deep throughout so children had to wear arm bands and rubber dingy’s or floats in order to be safe in the pool, and even then it’s a risk. No risk assessment or welfare considerations. Bugs in the food; have been ill for the last three days since coming back. Lost 3 pounds in 3 days due to a bad stomach. Married men coming up to us like we were prey whilst their wives and children watched. When I say my friend and I are traumatised, we mean it and we’re only two young girls who got made to feel uncomfortable and intimated the whole time by the guests and the staff. I am even thinking of going vegetarian after being too scared to eat meat after...

Honest review, booked this hotel from loveholidays saw mixed reviews but thought surely cant be that bad and the bad reviews could not be true but they are 100% correct this place is a hell hole not like any turkish hotel or all inclusive we have experienced i have nothing to compare this hotel too in my whole life you feel as if you are in some type of hostel it is defiantly not a 4star hotel it is a 2 at a push!! The hotel stinks off cats piss in block B and human piss in the toilets in block C. The place is filthy it is unsafe if you are disabled or not abled bodied STAY AWAY the floors are uneven the place is falling apart, the cleaners who do rooms do try im currently here now and in block B my cleaners come every day take rubbish bring fresh towels and toilet paper, but as for the rest of the staff cleaning hotel well stevie wonder could do a better job. Im on day 6 and the same dirty is still visible the cleaners just walk over it daily, smelly carpets in some of the rooms and halls, the staff are soooo rude and unhelpful when we arrived after traveling for over 12hrs to check in rooms were not ready had to wait 30minutes for one room block A (cleaners thats side not good) and 50minute wait to be put in block B rooms not great falling apart. Loose sink, broken balcony fell on my 3year olds foot, broken air con, broken flush, also a guest tried to snatch my 3year old from his highchair in restaurant reported to hotel for them to shrug shoulders like this was OK , and when i saw manager to try and express my concerns the staff scream and you and want you to be quiet so new guest dont no of the issues or everything is ok tomorrow tomorrow! staff very rude and intimidating hardly none of the staff speak english here, family of 4 and have all been ill since eating here, currently in bed in agony with stomach cramps and spent hours on toilet from food poisoning the food is on rotation same thing every day honestly dont bother food uncovered no food labels on food so its a guessing game really bad when traveling with two people who have allergies my 3year old son who has milk allergy has been unwell from eating here as food unlabelled! chicken uncooked, salads are on turn and the fruit is fermented, The all inclusive drinks are a joke vokda, gin, wine, beer (house spirts) watered down or juice or pepsi or sprite tea and coffees, the All inclusive stops at 11pm if you then want a drink have to pay if you want a drink no access to drinks if you need a drink after 11pm even a soft drink or water, the animation team for kids starts really late Please do not stay here it a filthy unsafe joke of a hotel. Take your money and run. There are fleas at hotel as lots of stray cats in hotel constantly scratching and the hotel has a few big dogs they lock in a room near reception no wonder fleas are hoping on restaurant tables. Lifts are dangerous too. Very very very dirty, the public toilets in hotel are vile dirty stinking 🤮🤢. #Loveholidays are disgrace selling this hotel as hotel is nothing like the pictures nor the description they should hang there heads in shame !! Spent my holiday either at reception trying to get issues sorted or on phone to love holidays since arriving to be asked to change hotels because its that bad and on the toilet #TOTAL SCAM i will be uploading plenty of pictures. Only thing which is clean is the pool and have seen them checking the...
