Grand Horizon Apart Hotel — Hotel in Alanya

Before arriving, I was very positive to this place, but, unfortunately, after just a few days that changed. Dirty sofa, sheets with holes in them, and a floor-carpet that was not cleaned for the whole month that I stayed there. The cleaning staff was very nice, but the cleaning in general was not good at all.||||The restaurant staff was also nice, but the food was tasteless - and it didn't help that I often got something completely different from what I ordered, and in some cases parts of the order was simply forgotten. The reception is open 24/7 and worked well as long as the daytime staff was there.||||The outdoor area is very small, just a tiny pool with some sunbeds, but since you can find everything in the neighborhood, that is the least of the problems.||||I see others remark the loud music, and that really was a pain. From early morning to late night the sound was so loud that I had problems hearing the TV or my phone calls. The sound comes from the neighbor hotel, so this one can't really be blamed for that - but the result is still the same for my ears.||||Let me end this review with saying that other guests claimed it has not been as bad before, and that the management/host used to be much better - so let's hope they get back on track. But personally, I will not stay there again - there are so many places to choose from...

This was Our 4. stay in Horizon and will be the last. Sorry to say that the management do not have idea how to running a Hotel. They greet almost not on customers and are reluctant to hear if any complaints. Cleaning was unfortunately been much worse and standard of furnishings etc in the apartments were noticeably slower. We stayed for four weeks in September 2014, and i don't remember that it was made plain around pool Yet we pointed out that it was filthy around pool several times, it was not made clean. ||The staff did the best they could for us to begin with, but eventually they were characterized by management's attitude and the great service we have always been the horizon, was noticeably worse. This was of course out of the quality of our stay, and made that unfortunately, we no longer want to stay at Horizon...

Nice hotel & great staff, also got a decent location with a decent mall behind the hotel.

Airconditioner works good even though there were reviews that say that the airconditioner didn’t work good, room always got cold after 30-45 minutes.

My only issue is with how busy it can get, this isn’t a hotel where you come for tranquility as there are loads of kids that make tonnes of noise, swimming pool is always overcrowded with the disgusting cigarette smell and people smoking in the water which to me is very disgusting especially since there are so many kids that swim there.

All in all, extremely friendly staff, location is decent the bazaars are only 15-20 minutes away by bus that you can take for 28TL (card) 30TL (cash) per person, the mall has a carrefour (grocery store) and a...
