Let’s start with, that everyone is very different and look at things differently. About Mylome Luxury & Resort Hotel: For us it doesn’t meet the requirements of being luxury and Ultra- All Inclusive hotel compared to other hotels we have been to in Turkey. For the price they offered us, it isn’t worth the price.
Positive things: beautiful hotel design, interior, hotel territory is small but very beautiful nature and flowers. The room Swim Up Superior is big, cozy and clean, but has bad sound isolation.
Because of the bay, the sea water is dirty, trash and plastic is floating around. Big minus, there are no showers or places to rinse your foot near the beach. If there is, it is very far away and uncomfortable places. The food: little choice, the food was often cool, everything was the same everyday, in the evenings there were very little food topics, sometimes the food weren’t even the nights topic. The range of dishes are very limited, the food isn’t looked for special different diets which people have (Gluten, lactose or people on other diets) Like other hotels, being longer than 7 days starts to be boring. While sitting outside there should be a separate zone for smoking people and non-smoking people. Because sitting with a child outside and people are smoking next us wasn’t very comfortable, we don’t like sitting inside where there are a lot of people. Alcohol: based on their menu, they didn’t have everything, little choice for those who like good drinks and compared to other hotels, this one let us down. They had cognac on the menu but they didn’t have it at the bar. Service was very bad, the waitress came rarely, unhelpful, even tho we left some tip they didn’t give us any attention, some places we felt ignored. Animators: they are weak, not fun, some are disrespectful. Evening shows were very poor, some shows were disappointing. Live music is a disaster, the acoustics isn’t configured, loud, it was uncomfortable sitting down and listening to the music.
We experienced a very uncomfortable incident with our new neighbor from Russia. At night it was very loud, on purpose closing the doors hard, hitting with things, shouting, fighting between the couple. The next day we accidentally met the neighbor, and asked him politely, to not make loud sounds at night after 00:00, (He was drunk) the conversation from his side was unpleasant, offensive and threatening, after the conversation he started to hit the walls on purpose and was shouting. We called reception and Guest Relation, we told them everything what had happened of fear, (there was a 12 year old child which had to see and hear what happened scared) they promised to fix it. We saw that the security and the managers came. They promised to give us another ready-made room if something else happens. The next day was calm, but the third night after they came, started the sounds again. It was the last night for us before a long journey back home, we experienced being without sleep and unpleasant night. We called reception but no actions were taken. This attitude towards us as decent guests was very disappointing. In my opinion, actions should’ve been taken immediately after the incident, and not wait for another incident to occur.
It’s sad that the Turkish tourism is ruined by Russian arrogance and wasting money, for me it means disrespect to other...
Read moreWe’ve been staying at this hotel for five days now (Oct. 2025), and overall, it’s a really pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are well maintained, and housekeeping does a great job every day. The buffet food is always fresh and tasty, and the bartenders make excellent cocktails. The animation team is amazing, especially in the evenings — the shows and atmosphere are truly great and bring a lot of fun and energy.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. As usual in many all-inclusive hotels, waiters at the buffet don’t always come to take drink orders unless you arrive right at the beginning of the meal. If you come a bit later, they’re usually busy changing tablecloths or setting up utensils rather than serving guests — it’s not a big problem, but still noticeable.
The only real disappointment was the Turkish à la carte restaurant. Unfortunately, the whole experience was poorly organized from the start. When we first tried to book a table, we were told that all reservations were already full for the entire week, which didn’t make sense since we had just arrived the day before. After some discussion, they eventually managed to find us a spot for another evening — but we probably should have skipped it.
Once we got there, the dinner turned into a long waiting session rather than an enjoyable evening. We spent around 1.5 hours at the table, but most of that time we were just waiting for the next course to arrive — sometimes for 20–30 minutes between dishes. Drinks were served only once at the beginning and never refilled, even though our glasses were empty for most of the dinner. The waiters seemed disorganized and inattentive; only one of them was actually serving guests, while the others mostly walked around without purpose. Unfortunately, the service lacked attention and professionalism — no one checked on us, offered coffee or tea, or asked if we needed anything. When my dessert and fruit finally arrived, the fruit was already dry and not fresh.
I’ve visited many hotels, including some cheaper ones, and even there the restaurant service was handled with much more care.
One more small minus: the hotel doesn’t provide earplugs, which our friends needed in their room for three people.
In conclusion: despite these small issues, the hotel itself is wonderful, clean, comfortable, with great food, drinks, and entertainment. It’s definitely worth the money, but a few service details could be improved to match the otherwise...
Read moreAverage get-away for me and the misses, unfortunately in November it is extremely dead and we felt like we were the only ones in the entire resort. This is not their fault, it just didn't provide us with the full resort experience. Due to this, all the activities were closed. Out of the 6 main restaurants, only 1 was operating (the main one) - and unlike other resorts where you have access to food at any time, this one main restaurant was on a schedule (breakfast 7-11, lunch 1230-230, dinner 630-9). At times we were hungry and we had no access to food despite it being all-inclusive.
The pool indoor was open - but felt like it felt like it was closed because the lights were off & the pool was not heated. There were no shows operating. The entire place felt dead - I felt the entire staff knew who we were and what we were doing.
The food was not bad - 90% was similar every day. The aqua park was closed, only operated for a short period (couple of hours in 1 day) when we asked the fella running it to open it for us. We were disappointed however that he did not want to open it for me and my wife on our last day. The outside pools were freezing, only one was heated - but even the heated pool outside was very cold. The beach volleyball net was removed after our first day there (we stayed for 4 days).
The drink bar on the main lobby was operating and good!
They missed cleaning our room once - I was not happy with this - I called room service to have someone clean it and they agreed but no one showed up. I had to complain 3 times and go to reception - and even then they only sent one person to semi-clean the room and provide new towels. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a good shower.
On one of the days they had a huge party for all their staff, food dancing. We felt left out that they would not do something like this for their guests (there had to have been at least 50 of us at the time).
The private beach was not bad - unfortunately the mountain that the resort sits next to provides less sunlight than any other resort. by 4pm the sun was gone due to it setting below the mountain. You can see all the other resorts having an extra hour and half of sunlight or so.
Overall - I can see this place being very good during high season, with many guests and everything open and operating. But for us - average at best. I do not recommend going...
