Pazarcık Mountain Hotel — Hotel in Araklı

This is one of my favourite experiences ever. The weather in July is wonderful the highest it has been is around 22 C and the lowest it gets is around 15 C.

The hotel is located in a mountain surrounded by greenery, mountains, valleys, and beautiful nature.

Every day, my family and I strolled around the hotel and discovered the forest around the area.

I recommend taking hiking sticks with you and maybe a scarf if you get cold easy.

The hotel has 3 stars. But honestly I think it deserves more.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a room with a little living room. The room has a TV, a kettle (with instant coffee and tea), & a mini bar with water. Room service is available too.

The lobby is spacious and has a mini market.

The restaurant serves meals throughout the day. Breakfast is good :)

What really stands out in this hotel is the staff. They seem like amazing family some of them are like Okan and his wife!

Abdullah and Shinu were super helpful and will go above and beyond to support you.

The cleaning ladies (unfortunately didn't catch their name) were super sweet and work hard.

I really want to say that this is not an experience to miss for many reasons but especially if you come from city with temperatures raising to 45+ C :)

Now I have somethings I want to mention that can be better: Add more items (like toiletries) in the mini market. Add railings to the edges/ cliffs of the hotel grounds to make it more safe.

هذه واحدة من تجاربي المفضلة على الإطلاق. يكون الطقس في شهر يوليو رائعًا ، حيث بلغت أعلى درجة له حوالي 22 درجة مئوية وأدنى طقس يكون حوالي 15 درجة مئوية.

يقع الفندق في جبل محاط بالخضرة والجبال والوديان والطبيعة الجميلة.

كل يوم ، كنت أتجول أنا وعائلتي في جميع أنحاء الفندق ونكتشف الغابة والوديان المحيطة بالمنطقة.

أوصي بأخذ عصي المشي معك وربما وشاحًا إذا تشعر بالبرد بسهولة.

الفندق لديه 3 نجوم. لكن بصراحة أعتقد أنه يستحق المزيد.

كانت الغرف فسيحة ونظيفة ومريحة. كان لدي غرفة بها غرفة معيشة صغيرة. تحتوي الغرفة على تلفزيون وغلاية (مع قهوة سريع التحضير وشاي) وثلاجة صغير بها ماء. خدمة الغرف متاحة أيضا.

اللوبى واسع وبه دكان صغير.

يقدم مطعم الفندق وجبات طوال اليوم. الإفطار جيد :)

ما يبرز حقًا في هذا الفندق هو فريق العمل. يبدون وكأنهم عائلة رائعة ، بعضهم عائلة حقيقية مثل أوكان وزوجته!

عبد الله وشينو كانا متعاونين للغاية وسيبذلان قصارى جهدهما لتلبية طلباتكم.

كانت سيدات التنظيف (لسوء الحظ لم اتعرف على أسمائهن) لطيفات للغاية ويعملن بجد.

أريد أن أقول إن هذه ليست تجربة يجب تفويتها لأسباب عديدة ، ولكن خاصة إذا كنت قادمًا من مدينة ترتفع فيها درجات الحرارة إلى 45+ درجة مئوية :)

الآن لدي أشياء أريد أن أذكرها يمكن أن تكون أفضل: اضافة المزيد من الأشياء في دكان الفندق أضف درابزين إلى حواف والمنحدرات أراضي الفندق لجعلها أكثر أمانًا.

Unfortunately, the hotel manager is totally greedy. During our stay we made a wrong reservation to extend our stay. We immediately cancelled it via Agoda, yet the app showed that the hotel owner declined it. We asked why, and his reason being "Agoda must call me in person before I approve the cancellation." He promised to return the full due amount but first we'd have to submit a cacellation request via Agoda. We ended up submitting four requests, yet he intentionally declined it as clearly shown in the Agoda application with him claiming the same excuse each time.

Later we reached out directly to him via phone and requested he wires the money to our bank account in Turkey. He said he'd have to pay $35 (tax and bank commission) out of the due amount of $52. We simply told him he can keep it because we can see that he won't return the money. We would NOT recommed this hotel at all! We've been lied to...

I chose this hotel because it’s far from the city noise — a perfect location for families and nature lovers. It’s beautifully nestled between the mountains, offering peace and relaxation. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The hotel includes a restaurant with breakfast included in the booking — varied and satisfying, with the option to request additional items. Lunch and dinner meals were also good. There is available parking, and a few restaurants can be found before and after reaching the hotel. The road is paved but requires a bit of caution while driving. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. Special thanks to the receptionist Mr Husni, who speaks English and good Arabic — extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything needed.
