Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Mardin — Hotel in Artuklu

I was impressed by the overall service. The gym facilities were exceptional, and the pool was a pleasant feature. However, I encountered several issues with the room. It had visible fingerprints from previous guests, and the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations.

Room service was another area of concern. Multiple orders were delivered incorrectly, and the refusal to replace the wrong items was frustrating. Although the hotel manager addressed my concerns with professionalism and courtesy, and provided compensation, the issues were not fully resolved.

Despite these challenges, the positive aspects of my stay lead me to rate the hotel higher than I initially considered. Improved room cleanliness and more efficient room service could elevate the experience...

The reception team was warm and welcoming, making every effort to communicate in English.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, with the added luxury of a choice of pillows. The bathrooms were very clean.

Breakfast was of high quality, and a staff member, Murat, was particularly hospitable, ensuring every guest felt well cared for.

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Mardin for 3 nights and 4 days, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs.

The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and very well-maintained. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views from the hotel.
