1- be carefull that most of the 5 stars reviews are fake or by their friends

2-the tone of voice in their replies to reviews is a good indication of their service.

3- here is my review:

It's an old hotel but fully renovated recently which gives it good amenities and facilities. Most things were very good in this hotel but not all.

The biggest problem I faced is that they don't give the guest full control on room's air conditioning! I couldn't turn the cooling mode, they disable it since it is cold weather at that time !! But I was feeling hot so !

I had to sleep while balcony doors open to get some cool air, but suffering from the noise outside.

Another thing there is no elevator, and no one helped in sending the luggage to the rooms.

Thirdly, the staff I faced were very young teen boys , wondering why kids are working instead of professional...

The hotel has a good location and definite potential. Unfortunately, it's extremely poorly managed. First, they lie: we booked a "mountain view" room that was very spacious in the picture supplied on the booking site. When we arrived, we were given a tiny, minuscule room with a ceiling so low that my head almost brushed against it. And the view was of a few sense trees, followed by the approach road - definitely zero sign of any mountains. And the room was gloomy and dark. Second, the room was right above the kitchen, so we couldn't even open the window. And the kitchen duct fan was so loud that it actually vibrated the entire room and we had to shout to each other. Finally, the staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful.

Overall, the hotel has good potential if it was well run by honest management... but I would not stay there again after...

We booked on Priceline and were supposed to have a room with a balcony. We did not receive this room and then had to argue to get it without being up-charged. Breakfast was served cold and is a single plate (not a buffet). If you would like something hot, like eggs, you pay extra. The rooms were clean/nice - the only good part about this hotel. When checking out, I specifically asked for my card to be charged in Turkish Liras, which they said they were doing, but then charged me in USD and gave me a bad exchange rate and a 4.5% conversion fee. Parking is on the street but was easy to find. Overall would not...
