Rind Kocaköy — Hotel in Ayvacık

My friend recommended I stay at the Rind Salon. She showed me options by the beach and hands down I preferred this hotel rather than the more touristy areas. I loved the concept behind the hotel. It’s nestled within a quaint Turkish village and harmoniously fits into the pastoral setting. The views were stunning both during the daytime and at nighttime where we caught panoramic views of the sea and sunsets and sunrises. The layout of the hotel compound invites guests to take advantage of various nooks which offer serenity for reading, listening to music, relax, enjoy snacks or beverages and socialize. The rooms were amazingly comfortable and felt like I was resting in an artistic gallery. The hosts went above and beyond to please and cater to guests. All of the meals served were spectacularly top quality and Michelin stars worthy from the feather light tahini pancakes, homemade preserves and cheeses. But my all time favorite was the sesame crusted lightly fried sardines with a wild arugula and sliced peach salad. I will never forget this heavenly meal and its delightful taste still lingers in my palate. We intermingled with other lovely guests who were equally pleased and returned on several occasions. Öncelikle klasik yorumları bi aradan çıkartalım. Otele kendi aracınızla ulaşım çok kolay. Yollar düzgün. Otelde Odalar çok temiz, her şey düşünülmüş ve hiç bir eksik yok. Çok modern dekore edilmiş ama bir yandan da köy ruhundan da vazgeçilmemiş. Kahvaltı tüm köy ürünleriyle çok lezzetli ve güzel. Neriman ablanın peyniri, salçası ve zeytinyağı ayrı bi harika. Çalan müzikler ortama çok uygun. Çok sessiz ve yaşanan bir köy. Şehirde hiç duymadığımız “sessizlik” çok iyi geldi. Gelelim kendi imkanlarımızla bulduğumuz bu otelde gelince tanıştığımız işletme sahibi Mete beye; harikulade bi insan, öncelikle çok nazik ve kibar. Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız ilk günden itibaren yolda göreceğimiz diğer köyler, yemek yerleri ve her şey hakkında bir çok fikir verdi. Eşimin doğum günü sebebiyle geleceğimizi söyleyince odamıza çok güzel bir not bırakmış. Dahası elleriyle çilekli tatlı hazırlamış. Ertesi gün etrafı gezmek istediğimizi söyleyince bizleri yürüyüş turuna çıkardı, bizlerle vakit geçirdi ve hoş sohbet ettik. Kendilerini geliştirmeye çok açık oldukları için her defasında eksiğimiz olup olmadığını sordu. Ancak hiç bir eksik yoktu.
