We arrived after sunset at the hotel despite landing in cappadocia around midday, as it was really off the track and away from most of the cappadocia sights. When we got there after a long journey, they only had 2 budget rooms left. the good rooms shown in the pics of the hotel were all taken. some slats in the room door were missing and i felt unsafe, bar fridge was not working. however the manager Mr mustaffa tried his best to put everything right and we settled in. The kitchen staff were amazing.all the food was lovely and they were very hospitable. They cater for all nationalities to the best of their abilities. They let you store some of your food (if you prefer home food) in their freezers and you can heat it as you wish. All in all after a rough arrival, we enjoyed our stay and if you on a budget, then you won't go wrong here.just make sure you confirm room types waaay before hand and get exact directions.dont trust any google maps. a short walk down the road and you will find small supermarkets. staying in this area you meet all the local people who are extremely friendly and hospitable. there is a musjid on the same road. ||||The views are...
Read moreThe place looks amazing, so do the rooms. The staff is very kind, helpful and exterting. The looks of the rooms are amazing and magical, but some things need to be mended.
Showers are stylish but not very comfortable, there is nothing for placing your shampoo or shower gel which is especially hard if you use organic / natural ones without bottles.
Heating units did not work which might sound weird in summertime but it gets really cold at evening / night over there.
Because of the historical cave and stone rooms you can hear everything from outside, above and nearby. WiFi is incredibly slow. Especially the bathroom doors are very very loud. There are a Cami / Mosque and a very active rooster nearby which are going to wake you up most likely at least one time.
So all in all, all bad points are about the magnificent location, premise and surroundings.
Definitely worth a visit!! Very authentic.
But staying longer than few days might become uncomfortable according to your expectations and standards of...
Read moreHi, I have visited this hotel for the weekend. First of all architecture is great. Welcoming and hospitality is also great. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. There is not much to complain about the hotel. But it's a bit off the interesting scene that Cappadocia offers. ||For me it's a nice getaway. If you're really interested in the activities and the ruins, then location wise this my not be very suitable. ||Mind you please do not use any navigation tools coming to this hotel because they direct you to the wrong streets.||The hotel is clean, tidy, everything works well including the showers. But I didn't understand why they did not clean the room the next day or even make the bed.||Other than that I recommend this place for singles, couples or even families. Because it is really a...
