Midmar Deluxe Hotel — Hotel in Bahçelievler

The hotel is dirty, Cleaning is very poor. There is no soap in the shower sooa containers, probably like this in every room, If you turn off the aircondition you have to call the receiption. Hardly anyone speaks English of the staff you neednto speaknto. 95% is through Google Translator giving rise to misunderstanding and frustration. ||Gym.|There is a gym which was probably nice when it was new but it is very limited equipment. Threadmil makes a lot of nice and is not useable. There is probably 85 decibel noise as the door opposite leads to an engine room which needs ventilation. That means the AIR quality is so bad that after some situps You will like to go. There is an aircondition in the room you can switch on but whennthe doors are full open this gave no effect.|Spa and Sauna. |The Sauna and steam bad was good. Clean and working, so was the showers. The Jaccussi is cold water (23 c ?) Forget about the massage from the airbubles but it was nice to enter after a sauna.|Food|Is very expensive and there is hardly any resturant in the near proximy which serves other food than Turkish. You do get bored og eating Borek and Kebab for breakfast,lunch and dinner. You can walk 20 minutes to a shopping mal where there is Burger King ! Remember this is a suburban city...local food ,local...

It’s very frustrating, very bad experience. First of all there was maintenance for 6 hours per day we stayed for 5 days there and it was a mistake,so we had to change the room, even though the sound ONLY became less. Second of all the room cleaning was INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE! THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WHY I HATE THIS EXPERIENCE,they came in my parents room without permission when they were asleep!can u believe that??they cleaned the room soooo bad they didn’t even change the bedsheets nor the towels in our room she just made the room LOOK clean .I swear to god I’m not even exaggerating. Third of all the jacuzzi ,don’t keep your hopes up because it’s not hot ,I really mean it it’s NOT hot ,in fact it’s SOOO COLD YOU WILL ONLY STAY 7 mins max, so I tried it the day after and there was maintenance on that too. Fourth of all, the WiFi speed.The room WiFi is sooo bad I did an internet test, the download speed is 0.23 MB’s per second!!its really slow and I use my phone all the time , so it’s a pretty big deal for me. Fifth of all, when we were checking out they did not help us carry the bags they just looked at us straight in the face and didn’t say a word.

Give your self a favor and just cancel your booking to this hotel or...

I do not Recommend! The Hotel is full of fake luxury, Poor Quality every where you look. The biggest problem tho is the Hygiene -Fatty surfaces in the Bathroom (not cleaned at all) -Disgusting Bathroom -Bedding (Blankets) smelled weird too and they don't wash them properly which is disgusting to me The worst part tho is this Towel I was prepared with which looked clean on the outside but was Disgusting on the inside -PICTURE GIVEN FOR THE TOWEL- Also a Giant problem for us was the Wifi/Internet It was not working at all for a Hotel? embarrassing.... Including the fact that's one of the most important things to have as a traveller especially if its a business trip For the Service they were mostly Pleasant but not helpful at all, we discussed the wifi problem several times they had no idea what to do at that point I gave up too. The Restaurant is over priced for middle food, unseasoned but it would be okay if it wasn't overpriced since we had no other choice. Location was also bad, there wasn't really anything but traffic noise. Not Recommended as said and to the Hotel staff, Please please please work on your Hygiene this is terribly disgusting...
