Sirene Luxury Bodrum Hotel — Hotel in Bodrum

Worst hotel i've stayed in. 3 July - 8 July 2023.

Below are some not all of the incidents that bothered me greatly.

I've booked a partial sea view room.. upon arrival i asked if they can offer us an upgrade to a sea view room they said we are fully booked. But suddenly they said if you want you need to pay for an upgrade. Unprofessional. They could have said this from the beginning.

Staff lack professionalism. 99% of them dont speak english. First day we went to the beach and ordered some food with drinks. It took them more than an hour to bring the drinks and we had to follow up with them several times. Second day on the beach we went to the beds next to the bar in order to be better serviced. We stayed 20 minutes and no one came to us to take our order. The manager was setting there on his laptop uselessly. We decided to change our place and went closer to the beach and brought our drinks and snacks from our room. Suddenly, they came to us and they said you need to pay 30€ to bring drinks and snacks from ur room.

They didn't clean the room well. During our whole stay they didnt change the cups and empty coffee/tea bags.

On our third day on the beach one of their staff came to us and asked us about our stay. We told her everything and asked her to tell the housekeepeing staff to bring us new cups to our room but unfortunately they didnt change anything.

On our last day on the beach we asked for a buggy to take us to the lobby. A lady with a buggy came and took us then suddenly in the middle of our way another guy came with a buggy crossed us and she stopped and start talking with him in turkish and asked us to move to the other buggy. So unprofessional.

Lets move to the spa, the displayed prices are very high and you can haggle your way to have half prices.

If we wanted a taxi. We had to wait 20 minutes. And we couldn't order the taxi while we are in the room. We have to come to the lobby and wait for it.

Not worth the money. Unprofessional staff. Terrible service. Bad food. Not luxury at all.

Last but not least, stay away...

An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Service, Beautiful Memories & Amazing Amenities!

I recently stayed at this incredible hotel and had one of the most special and unforgettable experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for—it truly felt like a home away from home.

A huge thank you to Sevval and Kardelen at reception – they were beyond helpful. From booking our boat trips to recommending the best restaurants and must-see spots, they handled everything flawlessly. Our taxis were always on time, and no request was ever too much. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference during our stay.

I spent most of my time at the pool, and I have to highlight the waiter Sekin, who was absolutely fantastic. He made the most delicious drinks, was so kind and gentle, and always got our orders exactly right. He had such a calming, friendly energy that made us feel happy and looked after every single day. He truly has a beautiful soul and made a lasting impression on both of us. He truely stood out from the rest of the staff and hopefully we will see him again next year.

One of the most magical parts of our stay was when my partner asked me to be his girlfriend ❤️ The hotel staff helped him surprise me by decorating the room with balloons and roses. It was so thoughtful and emotional – I felt incredibly loved and special thanks to their effort and care.

The amenities at the hotel were amazing – from the beautiful beach facilities to the excellent hairdresser on-site, everything was exceptional. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was impeccable, and I always felt completely safe and at ease during our stay, which made it even more enjoyable.

We’re already planning our return next year – the dates are being locked in because we honestly can’t wait to come back. We’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to all of our family and friends. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories we’ll...

First off, the photos cannot do the justice to describe how magnificent this hotel is.

You literally can’t capture all the beauty and awesomeness. The area is super huge, it contains rooms and private villas, and though we went on a crowded time of the year, it almost looked like you have booked the entire hotel out, which was a huge plus! The staff are super professional and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant, they gave us complimentary wine and a huge fruit bowl for a small mistake in the cleaning scheduling. super polite, and always there to take your car or help you with everything you need.

The rooms are super spacious and clean. The breakfast had many options and was super tasteful and for the meals, i strongly recommend the mavi restaurant! they cooked the best grilled fish we ever had in our lives. No jokes, the best ever!

There are two beautiful outdoor pools, with amazing water temp and the view of the infinity pool was superb, The beach area is extremely clean and has a variety of beds and spots to choose from.

If you wanna take memorable photos, this is the place to be. Honestly i couldn’t take enough cause we didn’t have much time, but i would definitely return, and on top of that the price for such a top service, is pretty affordable comparing to other luxury 5stars in the same area!

Only two small things, i wish they changed the coffee cups in our room, and the second the shower has a small stone ledge on the drain which you should be careful not to step on specially when it’s slippery with the conditioner and shampoo and all the foam.

Overall this hotel is on top of my recommendation list for staying in bodrum....
