Never given a bad review before so here go’s 1st I’ve just seen other reviews giving this Hotel 5* rating , they must be done by staff or friends of staff as our experience was zero .. but the minimum you can give is 1, so 1 it is .. location is great from the airport and that’s where it stops, On arrival the welcome was one of, heres another guest let’s see how miserable we can all look , anyway key in hand it was off to our dog kennel, or what Ramada call a rooms so small there isn’t an area to open a suitcase on any floor space . Anyway the ultimate experience was dinner at the roof top, a nice T-bone steak medium rare I thought would be a good end to the holiday , WRONG. That good old shoe leather over cooked cremated steak we all dread , a few tough cuts in I decided need to catch someone’s attention but no avail a 21 birthday party setting up was the focus of attention any way long story short I ended up walking over to the waiter and showing him my translateText On Google saying the whole saga has been a shitshow we’ve Waited Over 20mins for someone to come to the table . He told the manageress who turned her back on us and didn’t want to address the situation, to be fair he asked how he could make it right but I just wanted to pay the bill in full and leave. Hindsight I shouldn’t have. So if your passing keep going, if you have to stay bring food off the plane. Ramada you need to do some staff training. A basic as how to use a corkscrew but that’s another story and I’m running out of space .. zero you have...
Read moreWhen you visit the hotel you get greeted by the huge lobby. They give you your card then go can visit your room.
The rooms are located on the A-Block or the B-Block. The A-Block has the numbers 1000 and the B-Block has numbers 2000. We went in the wrong elevator and the friendly staff came to help us.
The rooms are pretty small with only two beds and a desk with a TV. The bathroom is very small with a small shower and a sink.
The workers at the hotel are very friendly and nice, but we were at dinner and we ordered 2 juices. We gave the waiter 1000 (the price was 900). We expected he will give us the 100 back, but he picked up the money and went away.
The food selection is small although the cafeteria is huge. The taste of the food was very delicious. At breakfast the selection is bigger. Also the cafeteria is next to the swimming pool and you can sit inside or outside.
Also I hated the planes leaving from the nearby airport because it was very loud and disruptive.
The WI-FI was very good, but we had to ask the staff for the password, because it was not working.
Thank you for your service and I will recommend this resort to my close friends and my family!

Read moreIt was a nice stay, however the price is not matching the quality provided. This hotel is new and we could tell there’s a lot to improve. WiFi was not working properly and hot water in our room was not working either. We let reception know and they sent us someone to check the hot water but he couldn’t help and was not speaking English. The hot water was on and off for the whole stay. I stayed in a Ramada hotel in the past in Dubai, and the one in Dalaman is not matching the quality.
Pros: very nice pool, friendly staff, very clean hotel and beautiful.
Cons: hot water not working well, it was difficult to shower properly with cold iced water. wifi not working well The food at the restaurant of poor quality and not tasty. The price is not justifying the quality. Very expensive dishes for poor taste. Not many options for breakfasts. Most of the staff in the restaurant don’t speak English which makes communication quite difficult. They made mistakes in our food order at the restaurant and couldn’t understand when we asked for basic stuff such as towels. Overall, I don’t think the price matches the quality. I would come back maybe in 3/4 years to give it some time...
