Firstly having given notice of driving over to ensure reserved parking I was informed to park on the street?|Meal times were given and if you arrive between dining experiences you could buy food or use your credit cards in the available vending machines. All inclusive nearly!.|Rooms although clean & tidy were spartan, with no facilities to make a drink. 4 plastic cartons of water were provided in the fridge.|Having walked to the beach to the rear of the hotel a coffee station was available to serve cakes & cookies between 17:00 and 18:00 .|The bar served drinks in paper cups and when asked what cocktails were available a vodka and sprite duly arrived. The bar had limited choice and the rose wine was more like grape juice.|The dining experiences at 19:30 was almost like going back to school with the food hall suffering from a lack of setting out enabling self serving from both sides which would have reduced all the queues & serving times. The food was limited rice , pasta, roast chicken, some kind of stew a well stocked salad bar& a dessert section. Whilst the food was edible its choice was limited , chips and pizzas were available at extra cost. |The 4 star service one expected was really two stars more than it should be & really was a disappointment. Read moreMy husband and I and our teenage daughter stayed at this hotel in September 2022. I would’ve liked to have given it a 3.5, but when forced to choose between a 3 and a 4, I had to select a 3. ||We were attending an FIVB volleyball tournament, and this was the nearest hotel to the venue! This hotel is not really up to North American standards, but is a good hotel for the local area. It is actually an all-inclusive, with breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as some snacks in the afternoon and alcoholic beverages included. The mixed drinks were not good—too much alcohol and awful mix, but the beer on tap was fine. ||The room was spacious, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the bathroom was a bit unclean. The food in the resort has more variety than other hotels, and for breakfast you could get pancakes or fried eggs or omelettes which was a really nice option. ||The hotel manager Ennis was immensely helpful, and all of the staff were really kind although we needed to use Google translate constantly. Overall, the hotel is fine, and if we ever came back to Dikili, this is where we would stay.||On a side note, if you are a dog lover, you will enjoy spending time with some of the very friendly, gentle and healthy-looking! stray dogs that roam freely...

Secondly, the hotel doesn't match the stars, that it's been awarded, because all the furniture of the lobby bar, rooms and the restaurant are screaming for change.Furthemore, hygiene wasn't good: dirty rooms(especially bathroom) spotted bedsheets and towels, corridors full with sand-when I reported that to the receptionists she sad I quote: "I'm sorry" and that was it. I must say that the personnel were trying to do the best they can,but it needs a extra mile to job properly. Finally,I would like to say the hotel could be a good place to stay if all of these remarks have taken care of. At this moment I can't recommend staying...
