My Wife and I stayed at this hotel in late July 2020. In general we enjoyed our stay. The photographs tell the truth. ||||Positive: ||||1. Unbelievably clean. Nicely designed. The place is built and founded in 2019. ||2. Very friendly staff. ||3. Excellent restaurant. Very delicious food with kind and caring staff, especially Mahmut, who was absolutely great. The prices are ok, logical. ||4. The beach is clean. ||5. Hotel's location is very good, very close to city center. Walking distance. The only issue is, it's too close to an amusement park that gets quite nosy in the evenings. ||6. Good internet connection/ wifi. ||7. Hand sanitizers are found every where in the hotel, which is very important these days. ||||Not Positive: I'd rather not use negative. ||||1. No elevator and no one helped with the suitcases, no one even offered any sort of help. ||2. No alcohol policy. No kind of alcoholic beverages are served. ||3. Breakfast is the weakest feature. Very limited and repetitive. No hot food options. We ordered Menemen and paid for it separately. We talked to the management and asked if it had anything to do with the pandemic thing, but it is not about it, the hotel has been so since the start. By hot options, I mean: omelette, Menemen, Fried eggs, etc. || 4. Do not go for rooms with City View- The noise from from the street is unbearable,...
Read moreOur stay had been pleasant from the time we checked in until we checked out. Although service was not perfect, the workers did everything they could to accommodate us (particularly the young girl with short black hair and piercing). HOWEVER, we regret to say that we were left with a very sour taste prior to our departure. ||Whilst checking out, the old man who always did the night shift told us we had a remaining of 700-800 turkish lira that was due for payment. We were shocked. He stated this was due to the eating the contents stocked in the fridge in our room . Unfortunately, it was disappointing to realise that rumours on people being scammed due to coming from abroad was very true. Because he had initially greeted us for our check-in, he should have made it an obligation to inform us of this policy, however he failed to inform us that the drinks and snacks were to be charged if eaten or renewed. Naturally, we were deceived to think it was part of the price we had prepaid for, which is why we were asking for the fridge to be restocked. ||We were left VERY disappointed and couldn't believe we considered leaving tips prior to this immoral and unethical action. We had even considered to stay here on our next visit, however will...
Read moreThe hotel concept is "your child can slep on the mat, there is no extra bed." It's not joke...
Briefly, We booked a room for 2 Adults and 1 child (9yo). They said to arrange evething. And we started our holiday. First two days we had stayed a big room which is enough for us. On Third day Ms. As. from reception said that your room would be changed. They arranged room 206. It is a very small which only one teenager couple may be stay in. You can not replace extra bed because you can not open room's door, and there is not space for moving in. Imagine! in fire situation or bad scenario... Eventhough, they suggested bed on mat for my child. We directly rejected and Gamze from reception arrange a suitable bed for us. In this situation when bed was open you could not move in room. Briefly, our five nights became nightmares...And Ms. As. gave advise " it is good room becase seeing the pool" (Meanwhile pool belongs an other hotel LOL) It is tragy-comic situation... I advise with my experience: Enjoy with...
