Ramada by Wyndham Rize Findikli — Hotel in Fındıklı

Nice place for what it is.

Top Location. Best sea view. you can easily walk through the ataturk park it's the best. Rooms are big spacious and well designed. Furniture is top class. Bed mirror table chairs.

Poor noise isolation from the next rooms you can hear noises in the night when your neighbours are active.

The place is just next to a public garden where there are music performances in the night. They go on till 12 midnight. If you get the room on that side (not towards the taxi stand) You just cannot sleep. It's just too loud. the windows do a very poor job of noise isolation.

It's really a shame that they don't have any fresh Salmon fish in the hotel menu.

Bathroom is not optimal water flows everywhere. you will know what I mean once u stay there.

I wish there was at least 1 staff in the hotel who speak legible English, that can really understand what you want to say. They want to provide good service no Doubt. But they cannot understand what you want to say thanks to google translate.

Internet slows down in the night, you just cannot work.

Breakfast menu could be improved. Its limited to small choice. First star hotel which charges you for an omelette and turkish coffee and they say Free breakfast.

All in all I like the hotel for what it is. Lots of scope for improvement.

I love this hotel in Findikli so much that I can’t think of another hotel in Rize.. everything about it is beautiful and amazing.. the hotel is located in the center of all the attractions of Rize whether you want mountains or anything else..the rooms are cozy and comfortable.. the staff are absolutely amazing and super welcoming and a knowledgeable.. they upgraded our rooms to free breakfast which is nice and everyone is at your service whenever is needed whether it’s night or day..Murat Kaptan comes to greet us every morning and and asks and guides us to new places thank you very much 🙏🏻 Zeynep my lovely front desk lady is the sweetest person ever .. she comes outside to greet us back and asks us about our day .. llove ❤️ all staff are super helpful and the breakfast is amazing and the staff are eager to serve with pleasure and big smile.. I really appreciate all the details and staff of this cozy hotel. Thank you all…let’s not forget the Hot delicious Simit that is baked everyday for...

25-29 Temmuz tarihleri arasında Annem ve iki kızım ile beraber ilk Karadeniz gezimizde bu güzel otelde konakladık. Misafir olarak gittik, Aile olarak döndük ve şimdiden tüm otel çalışanlarını çok özledik. İlk Karadeniz gezimizi Ramada by Wyndham Fındıklı otelinde yapmayı tercih ederek ne kadar doğru bir karar aldığımızı daha otele girmeden resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşımız Gamze Hanım’dan hissettik. Mersin’den kendi aracımızla 13 saat süren yolculuğumuzda Gamze Hanım 2 defa arayıp herşey yolunda mı diye kontrol etti. Otel’de kaldığımız süre zarfında otel genel müdürümüz Ertaç Bey’den, Çok sevgili kıymetli mutfak şefimiz Ali Bey’e ve tüm ekibine, kat görevlilerine ve resepsiyondaki tüm çalışan arkadaşlarımız ve hatta stajını yapan genç arkadaşlarımıza kadar güleryüz, nezaket ve konukseverliğin en alasını gördük. 28 ülke gezmiş uluslararası bir firmanın CFO’su ve yılın halen 1/3’ünü seyahat ederek geçiren birisi olarak ve Ramada Wyndham otellerinde Diamond üyeliği bulunan bir üye olarak yurtiçi ve yurtdışında kaldığım en nezih, en kaliteli ve en keyifli Otel olduğunu içtenlikle söyleyebilirim. Mutfak inanılmaz. Ali Şef’im harika ve taptaze ürünler ile sizi mest ediyor, tek kötü ürün bulamazsınız. Tüm mutfak ekip arkadaşları kendisi gibi çok ilgili, güleryüzlü ve misafirperver.

Konaklamamız boyunca tatilimizi en verimli ve dolu dolu geçirmemiz için Ali şef ve tüm ekip adeta seferber oldu. Tam’da bu sebepten misafir olarak gittik Aile olarak döndük diyorum. Bence Karadeniz’in tanıtımı için bu kadar güzel çabalarının karşılığı olarak Turizm ve Kültür Bakanlığı tarafından da ödüllendirilmeyi fazlasıyla hakediyorlar.

Ben bu otelde konaklamayı sadece misafirlere değil aynı zamanda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti sınırları içinde bu işi yapan tüm otel yönetimlerine gelip konaklamalarını ve Konukseverlik, misafirperverlik ve otelcilik nasıl olur görmelerini bir benchmark olarak şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.
