We booked a twin room with balcony for 7 nights in this hotel and currently are staying there. Unfortunately we booked this hotel mainly for good reviews so would like to share our experience that may be helpful. Pros: The hotel is new compared to other hotels in Finike. It is generally clean and the room is spatious. The towels and bedsheets are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. There are an air conditioner, ironing board, drinking water, TV, iron and vacuum cleaner in the room. The breakfast has various choices if you come at the very start. The staff is polite. Cons: The room is located next to the swimming pool and it is noisy from noon until 7pm. The hotel is located pretty far from the beach and at the main road so it is noisy all the time. Rooms are not soundproof at all and the day we arrived someone upstairs vacuum cleaned at 11.30 pm which was disturbing a lot. There is a maintenance in the hotel with significant noise. The service in the hotel is very weak. When you check in they dont provide any information on breakfast time, passwords, etc. The password for the elevator was sent only next day. The cleaning is done only once in 4 days (we came from Side and the rooms in the hotel we stayed there were cleaned every day though the price per night was 2 times cheaper, so we have something to compare). A tiny trash bin in the bathroom was already full on the 2nd day. For 2 people we had only one small bottle of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. There was only one roll of toilet paper and every time you run out of it you need to ask for additional roll. The breakfast is from 9 to 11 am, but if you come at 10am most of the choices and even tea would...
Read moreBooked the hotel online from the road, and were overall very pleased with it. The hotel is beautifuly situated across from the marina, though our room had just a portion of view of the marina, as opposed to the full view shown in advertisements. Room was clean and lobby staff (more of a glass-fronted office in the lobby) were friendly and helpful. |the AC was cold, shower modern and plenty of hot water. |The entrance to the hotel was not safe for elderly or (myself) people recovering from foot surgery. The stairs are crumbly in places, tiles broken, stairs uneven in height, and no handrail on the outer set of steps. There is a small wheelchair ramp, but it is at a high incline, no railing, and the no-slip grips have worn off. Overall, the entrance is off-putting. But once you get past that, there is an elevator. The pool is lovely. Breakfast is provided - tea, coffee, cheeses, boiled eggs, borek, vegetables, and...
Read moreNice hotel with sweet staff, lady in reception show and explain everything. There is free underground parking, so you don’t need to worried about it. Room. Normal size, table, cattle, tea, coffee. Super small balcony, bed is comfortable but not to width for 2 person. In bathroom no curtain, so when you take shower-water is everywhere, and all floor is on water. Not really comfortable. Towels fresh and clean. The thing that I don’t like and it’s important for me- no socket from both sides of bed. In room is 2 of them- 1 under tv, 1 near toilet table. We had 2phones, notebook, watches- all this needs to be charged. The second thing- no light near bed, no night tables from both ides. So you need to put your phone on the floor. Breakfast Standard breakfast, all...
