Worst Ramada hotel ever! The room and staff were excellent, but no AC during summer!! In a city of 40 degrees during day!! They said there was a technical problem in central AC system and they couldn't fix it because of the holidays! But a week before another guest review the AC was not working also, they said it was because the pandemic they can't use AC !! REALLY!! Actually I had to buy a fan from a close store to be able to spend the night with the kids! In addition the water was cut off for few hours in the evening, also because of a technical problem, the water came but it was rusty and red! The breakfast was really simple and not compare to Ramada brand...
Read moreI was staying Trabzon and heard that a new hotel was opened in gumushane called ramada and in our free day me and my friend decide to go there.It took us almost two hrs we climbed the mountains but roads were ok and now they are building one of the most longest tunnels in the world 14 km.Hotel was brilliant and clean everything was very fresh,toilets restaurants were so clean.Rooms were suspicous,it was not so big but furniture of the room and decoration colours were amazing.We also were satisfied with the food and beverage,food was delicious,preferred to eat fish there mezzes were also nice.Service people and receptionists were very helpful and kind.Thank you...
Read moreThis was our 4th night in a Turkish Ramada and it will probably be the last. While the building is wonderful, modern and clean, there are some serious issue with the service. Only one of the service staff speaks broken English and that's it! Explaining that the window in our room was broken (tilt mechanism) got us nowhere. This was particularly hard since the airco is switched off due to COVID-19. Hot room! Unbelievably, while breakfast was included in the price, the hotel slammed an additional charge on the bill for eggs (yes, eggs) . And without telling us beforehand that they would. But then how could they if really nobody...
