Ramada by Wyndham Gemlik — Hotel in Gemlik

I dont write long reviews for my business trips so I just want to briefly explain this hotel for people who are thinking to use this hotel. ||First of all hotel is an expensive hotel in comparison with other hotels in Gemlik or Bursa and this is because there is no new and brand hotel like Ramada in Gemlik area. As it is an expensive hotel guests are expecting luxury service also. ||Due to Covid SPA of the hotel was closed and sports center was functioning partially. Hotel has a nice open car park which guests can use for their cars. Rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished . ||Beds are from good brand of Turkey. TV is big butttttt not so many channels on it. Management should add Digiturk or D-smart channels to their TV list. There are only a few Turkish and foreign channels. This should not be Ramada Wyndham Quality. ||Instead of paper cups normal glasses and cups should be used. Brand of Tea and Coffee in the room is acceptable. ||Bathroom and Toilet of the room is clean and equipped with nice cleaning material and it is spacious. ||Cleaning of the room was good and staff were helpful. ||Food of the restaurant was delicious and good quality. Room service alchoholic beverage was a little bit expensive than normal. ||Light in the room was enough. ||Regarding breakfast I have to say that I was expecting a better breakfast than this. Breakfast plate of the hotel must be richer and hot plates variety should be increased including Borek, French fries and sausages. Several kinds of Jams could be added to this inadequate breakfast plate. ||Altogether it was a comfortable and nice accommodation but as the price of the room is high therefore service should be high as well. ...

First few days they had Nespresso coffee in the lobby, after they removed telling us that don’t have it anymore. I bought Nespresso cartages, and while I was making it, I was seeing in the Nespresso machine cartage their coffee. They said that they ordered but even after one month they didn’t offer us coffee, actually never again. Stuff from reception was polite but made us stupid. Turkish coffee in lobby was delicious.||In restaurant on breakfast, there is one coffee machine, that is really bad taste coffee/cappuccino, maybe the worst I ever had in my life. ||They have every day the same eggs for breakfast (boiled and omelet). When I asked for fried egg, they charged me like extras.||Maids were really amazing, doing spotless cleaning. ||Massage lady was doing really good massage and very professional. ||Waiters were fast and polite.||My room had one angled wall, so the room was not the square in the base, little annoying.||Smoke was sometimes entering the room from somewhere, probably from ventilation. Room and even floor was for not smoking, but they were allowing certain people to smoke in some rooms.||Bed had two dents and mattress was hard. I had really bad quality of sleep there.||Even if the room was on opposite side of busy main road, sound from highway nearby was coming in thru ventilation on last floor.||Even if I stayed there for 2+ months, I had to login to internet every few days, little annoying. Interent speed was decent when...

If you are traveling for business around Gemlik area this hotel is a very good choice. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Furnitures are new. The bathroom design and showers up to date and fancy. The waiters in the restaurant are polite and helpful. The breakfast variety is rich. I wish they could also serve filter coffee in the morning. The coffee machine maid coffee is not very tasty. I liked the fruit bar. I want to come back certainly. Car parking directions can be improved. The front parking area is limited but you can park when you drive down from the entrance in the land next...
