İstanbul Fair Hotel — Hotel in Küçükçekmece

Horrible service ever seen. Please don't go there. I visited at least 10 differents hotels in istanbul and never had any trouble with employees except this Fair hotel, there was a guy looks like indian, so ARROGANT, SO DISRESPECTFUL AND HE DOESN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. The price online was 116 Tl as you can see on the picture. I came there today thursday 20th of august 2020 at 19h30 with my phone batterie dead and so tired. He said to me there is no economic room without even looking at me. He was looking at his phone and his computer. He said there is a Delux room but you pay 150tl. Basicly what you see online is not updated with their hotel. And he said I can't change the price not even 1tl. With so discusting maneer and he said you take it or leave it. He said look I'm tired. I was so irritatated I ends up accepting without saying anything. There was the other guy who was nice and showed me the room. The washroom was dirty on the floor. I went back to the reception, gave my passport to the receptionist and I just said really calm : next time make changement on the website, and then he started arguing with me and saying you can see other hotels if you want ...then I couldn't resiste anymore, I was just at point of going to vomit there. That was a way too much disrespectful, it wasn't the price that bother me that much neitheir the problem it self, but the way how they he treat customers. I told him give me my passport and I will go now see other hotels. I ends up finding a really good hotel CNRINCI Hotel 5 min close by, don't mind payed 150 Tl with luxury new room, good customer service and I was soooo happy I found that...

I regret to share that my experience at Istanbul FAIR Hotel was deeply disappointing and distressing. Upon arrival, I was provided a room that did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The bedsheets and blankets were visibly unclean, the room lacked essential amenities such as drinking water and tea, and the overall condition was unsanitary, with garbage present and dust accumulation throughout.

Despite having booked a clean and well-maintained room, my request for housekeeping and room change was not only denied but met with hostility. At approximately 10 PM, I was pressured to remain in the same room, and when I expressed my intention to leave and requested a refund, the staff refused and responded with threats, including involving the police. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling.

The conduct of the hotel staff was unacceptable, and their treatment of guests raises serious concerns about safety and ethics. Based on my experience, I strongly advise fellow travelers to exercise caution and consider alternative accommodations.
