Blanca Beach Hotel — Hotel in Kaş

This is a review for the beach club, not the hotel. We came to the beautiful beach club, enjoyed our time until it rained around 2 PM, which the staff took all the cushions from the chairs. At 2:50 pm, we moved back to the chairs by the water. Staff informed us that they won’t be giving back the cushion because they close at 6 anyway?? And this is a decision by the management. The weather is clear and there are still 3+ hours to closing. Super ridiculous decision. What’s the point of paying to be here if we’re going to sit lay on uncomfortable chairs for 3+ hours. Come on a sunny day because management obviously doesn’t have common sense when it rains.

The place seems to be very profit driven.

In that case, I would advise you train your staff to properly handle questions regarding why sunbeds will not be handed out instead of a rude answer stating it’s purely a decision by management. When I asked I wasn’t even informed I wouldn’t be charged for the sunbeds. Also to add, it was super evident there were extra sunbeds covered and protected from rain before it even rained, so it’s an overstatement to say all the sunbeds were too wet to be handed out. I made the comment about the place being profit driven because it did not seem hospitality is a top priority. I really loved the location however I had only one day to enjoy the beach and I would’ve appreciated 1) clear communication from the staff 2) management to be prepared and considerate of their guests in such situations. Given you’re in hospitality business, the expectation is for you take measures for weather conditions so if it rains in the future, you have dry sunbeds to hand out instead of expecting your guests to lay down on wet and hardwood sunbeds for 3+ hours. I have been traveling to KAS for many many years. The best thing about KAS is the clean and spectecular sea. The worst thing about KAS is one needs to go 150 steps even more to reach this beatuful sea. Blanca beach it the only hotel where you can enjoy this wonderful sea only few easy steps from your room. I have been reading many low rating reviews and I can agree with them if you do not take KAS peninsula geography into account, but when you consider the rocky envirenment you can apreciate more and enjoy more staying in the Blanca beach hotel. The size of the rooms compared to most other near by hotels is great, the bath room is very comfortable forget all these you can enjoy this wonderful sea very very easily. I have not seen an un happy personel during my one week stay they all were very helpfull and good attitude. The breakfast is out of this world very tast local dishes, but do not expect other internationly well know pastry. The private beach for the hotel guests is probably the nicest thing about this hotel, no one needs to rush out to catch a cabana on the beach since there is a cabana for each hotel room. Please make the distinction between the hotel and beach management, all my comments are for the hotel part, the beach part caters about 300 to 500 people each day and naturally you do not have much privacy and peace over there if that is what you are looking for. We went to this beach club in motorcycle and we parked for free outside. ||Parking is available for both cars and motorbikes.||After we entered, we asked for sunbeds.||The beach club is divided in layers and people that arrive earlier in the morning are the ones that can find closer places to the sea.||We took one umbrella and one sunbed for two people in the row before the last one (sunbed is 100 and umbrella is 20tl)||You can order food/drinks directly from the sunbed through digital menu or you can go to the eating area and check with physical or digital menus.||We ordered two milkshakes. 1 chocolate and 1 caramel. Total price: 128tl.||As lunch during the afternoon we ordered one chicken wrap (140tl) and one fried chicken (85tl).||The sea is hot and clear.||The staff members are kind and available.||The beach club is not accessible to people with disabilities since it has only stairs.||There are two bathrooms for all the beach club, one male and one female.||Great beach club with a great sea.
