No child noise👍👍 The design and operation of the hotel is nice. As a single (male) I saved money and stayed for 5 nights. There have always been dishes that I loved in between. The sea was beautiful. Staff behaved well and everything I said was done. There were strict and very good dancers. There were also games with very good animations. The parties were tight. It was very safe, no problems at all. If you do not pay extra at the club, you will receive your drink from afar and the lounge and table are extra. After the night club, there is a friendly atmosphere on the beach, you make friends and talk, it's nice until the morning. The intimacy that the single expects has never been 😄 Be as handsome as you want, build a body here 👹 the probability of finding friends is low. In general, every tourist comes with his own friend. I think that being very rich and receiving gifts from the hotel or proving to them that you are rich will contribute to your being sincere with beautiful Russians. But even though you do these, you are likely to sleep alone. They will say thank you and good night and walk away. There is a predominantly Russian-speaking Kazakh tourist mass and extremely beautiful tourists. Groups of handsome 3-lingual young men with bodies can only make friends and that's it 😄😃. Nobody is bothering anybody. It's safe and everyone is level. Entertainment hotel. The concept is super. If a man is young, muscular and Turkish, he is generally poor. For family this hotel does not make sense. Good for honeymoon and group of friends. If you are a religious person and a very family person, this hotel is not for you. I have never seen so many beautiful women together in my life. Despite the state ban, the entertainment is super. The animation at the club is also great. I make friends with foreign tourists at the hotel, I do body work, etc. It's useless. Tourists are young and love to dance. I enjoyed the hotel very much. The sea is wonderful. Their food is average this year. Previous years were better. It should be taken for at least 5 nights, otherwise the taste remains on the palate. In the evening, you can quickly get comfortable, be confident and chat until the morning. Even if you know the language, it is very difficult to be too sincere. It is very enjoyable to chat with the sea, etc. until the morning. The hotel has everything. Partially suitable for obstacles. Wheelchair not suitable. seldom old. Russian is the most spoken, followed by the Iranian language. Turkish is heard in between. There is dancing entertainment on the slide where alcohol is served by the sea. All staff are doing their best and working hard. I liked a chatty and caring staff member, mine lady from guest relations. It adds positivity. I will come to the orange belt again. I...
Read moreI got back from my holiday 2 days ago. To sum up: FOOD/DRINKS: 9/10 great food, variety everyday, nice taste, patisserie on point. drinks were okay, but nothing special, same as other resorts I have been to in the area. ROOM: 9/10 clean, neat, bathroom was pretty nice, the shower cabin was fully equiped to the maximum, loved it bed was nice, pillow was the worst, too high for the neck, not comfortable at all as it didnt support the neck at all. I asked for another pillow but i was basically sent the same thing. So thats something to work on STAFF/SERVICE: 8/10 I think you should consider hiring a staff with better english skills, because the tourists are international, not just russians and turkish! It seems very odd and silly to me that they spoke better russian than english. makes zero sense. Service was okay, nice people, but as i mentioned previously, very hard to communicate with them. ANIMATION TEAM: 7/10 nothing too special, i repeat, same thing as in all other resorts i have been too. same activities, same shows, same games, same same same. MUSIC/DJ: -1/10 Now here is where i would love to focus. :) with all due respect, but some people are simply not doing their job right. 90% of the songs are OF COURSE RUSSIAN. How could it else be? It is so so ridiculous how most of the songs were in russian. I have a question for the people reading my review. Is the hotel Amsterdam themed, or Russian themed? Cuz i dont give any other explaination to the fact that my ears would hear russian music playing all day and all night. DEAR PEOPLE, i repeat, the hotel is not just full of russians, there are pleeenty, pleeeeenty of other tourists as well. Why is it so hard for you to understand this? Play international music, so that EVERYONE can enjoy and dance to !!!!!!!!!!!!! Not just your russian guests, stop treating some tourists differently than others, IT IS STUPID, UNREASONABLE , RIDICULOUS and most importantly DISRESPECTFUL. I complained politely about this a billion times to the animation team people, and OF COURSE, it was NOT taken into account :) so yeah , thank you for that. the tinyy tiny 10% of other songs that were played, were very boring, same everyday, not danceable. i literally could write a whole essay on this, this is how frustrating it was for me, and BELIEVE ME, not just for me!!! COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: 10/10 everything was clean, all staff wore masks 24/7, disinfectants were everywhere, bathroom doors had hand sensors which i believe was a really good call. i applaud you on this. All in all, i did have a good time, i enjoyed it, with the exceptions that i mentioned above. I honestly hope that the person in charge of reading this, would not just read and reply cuz i dont care about this part, but DO SOMETHING in order to improve the things that have room for improvement. Regards...
Read moreI would like to write a very honest review because before arriving at the hotel, I read a lot of reviews myself. I hope my feedback will help future guests and also be useful to the hotel staff.||In general, my family and I had a pleasant vacation.||Upon arrival, someone at the entrance kindly offered to take our luggage and store it in a separate room until check-in. We were also offered help to bring the luggage to our rooms, which was appreciated. We had three rooms in total – one on the second floor and two on the first floor. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the towels were replaced every day as well. Each afternoon, the mini fridge was restocked with water and juices, which was a very nice touch. For this, I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff for their consistent service and attention to detail.||Throughout the hotel, we saw that the staff was working hard to keep the place clean, which we appreciated.||However, we did experience two unpleasant situations at the area where fish was being served:||On the first situation, I had two plates in my hands (one for me and one for my father), and I took one fillet of fish for each plate. The cook reacted quite negatively, questioning why I took two fillets in turkish. I speak Turkish and his tone came across as offensive anyway I didn't respond to his overreaction this time. I have been coming to Antalya for vacations for many years, and I’ve never experienced a cook questioning me like that. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.||The next day, my brother went to get fish on behalf of our family to avoid us all waiting in line. He also experienced a rude attitude from another staff member (not the same person I encountered). This person served others who were behind him in the queue even though he was waiting in line for long, and when my brother reacted to this attitude the staff member spoke to him disrespectfully. I think he was kind of lead of staff since he was wearing a blue t-shirt not like other staff. My brother addressed the situation to the guest relations and this attitude of this 2 persons is a big No from us.||Aside from those two incidents, the rest of the staff was welcoming and polite, which made our stay enjoyable overall.||Now, on to the positives:||The sea is amazing – crystal clear and warm.||The view from the pools is beautiful.||There are activities and animations happening throughout the day, which add to the fun.||As for drinks, I personally enjoyed the beer and ayran. I don’t drink much alcohol, so I didn’t try the cocktails.||Regarding food, there were dishes I enjoyed and others that weren’t to my taste, but in general, there was always...
