Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed at.|Food: Monotonous, bland, often inedible – with the snack bar being the only exception.| Breakfast was mainly eggs in different forms, potatoes, fries, a small selection of cheese, butter only by the toasters, and olive oil for salads was hit or miss. For 11 days, there were no spices or seasonings at the omelet station – they appeared only in the last two days.||Lunch? A complete disaster. The same dry chicken wings every day – more bones than meat. Whole onions were served as “vegetables” for days in a row before being lightly fried and reused. The “spaghetti” consisted of pasta thrown into a pan full of grease with a symbolic amount of sauce.||Dinner was similarly poor: raw potatoes, tough meat, long queues, and many dishes were not replenished once gone. Seafood was served only once – and disappeared within minutes, never to be seen again.||Snack bar: A lifesaver. Burgers, pizza, doners, and salads – thanks to this team, we didn’t go hungry. A la carte dinners prepared by them were genuinely good.||Lobby bar: The "bartender" was constantly on his phone, regularly dropped shakers, spilled drinks, broke glasses, and simply said “finished” when something ran out, without offering alternatives. The bar closed earlier than scheduled – by 6:30 PM it was already empty, though it was supposed to stay open until 7 PM.|Wine? Only available if you asked – otherwise, you’d never know.|Juices? Only cherry, orange, and one less common flavor. Apple juice only available at the beach bar – and only until 6 PM.|The late-night buffet? Just two soups and bread – and the soup was recycled for the next day’s lunch.||Rooms: Tiny, dark, with very limited lighting. The balcony door didn't lock, and the balcony was shared with the next room – anyone of average fitness could easily step over.|The bed was broken – we reported it multiple times (even using a translator), but no one came. Same with the non-working light and missing toilet paper. Only by chance did a housekeeping staff member deliver some paper.||Reception: Allegedly English-speaking, but communication was practically impossible. Only the night shift receptionist was helpful – the others were unprofessional and unfriendly. One older man on the afternoon shift didn’t even try to communicate.|When my hoodie got ruined due to cleaning chemicals in the bathroom, he acknowledged it was chlorine but did nothing. Only after the manager got involved did he bother using a translator. He promised someone would contact us the next day – no one came. Two days later, he offered some meaningless compensation, with no apology.||On arrival, that same receptionist even called us to complain about a missing passport number – despite having a copy of my ID, which clearly had the number. When I explained it was a national ID, he simply hung up the phone.||Staff highlights: Victoria (the only truly competent English speaker), the night shift receptionist and bartender, and bartenders Dr. Eren and Dr. Rustu – they were the saving grace of this hotel. Always smiling, engaged, and professional. Even when ingredients ran out, they improvised and created delicious cocktails. This team deserves 5/5 stars.||Hotel grounds and surroundings: Beautiful greenery, well-maintained beach with a pier, soft sandy seabed – much to our surprise. Peaceful spots to relax. The chill-out and beach bars were decent, largely thanks to Eren and Rustu.||Conclusion: Beautiful gardens, the beach, and a few amazing staff members aren’t enough to compensate for the awful food, unresponsive reception, and the complete lack of “ultra all-inclusive” standards. The hotel changed its name, but the previous ratings reflect reality far more accurately.||Worst of all – the price has gone up for next year, which is outrageous given the current quality. If anything, prices should be lowered until the hotel improves its service and facilities.||Not...
Read moreI stayed at the Rose Garden Premium Hotel with my mom from June 26th to July 1st, 2024.
The hotel is new (it was recently renovated), and the building looks impressive both outside and inside. The territory is also very pretty, with so many flowers and trees and hammocks and armchairs where you can relax and hide from the heat. It's one of those hotels that looks even better in person than in pictures and not the opposite.
The hotel is located in Beldibi - a village between Antalya and Kemer. It takes about 20 minutes to get there from the airport without traffic. The people in the hotel are primarily adults and retired, mostly Europeans and Turkish. There weren't many children, and the hotel didn't have animation (thanks, god!). There's animation in hotels beside it, but it's not very noisy or disturbing, so that you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful rest. I was looking for a quiet hotel, so if you also want a calm and peaceful rest, this hotel is perfect.
We had a standard room on the third floor. It was quite roomy and nice and had all the needed stuff (including a TV, a mini fridge, etc.). The rooms were also recently renovated, so everything was new and clean. The room was cleaned every day, and the cleaning was great. The towels were also changed every day (the beach towels, too). Also, the hotel has free WI-FI that works everywhere on the territory—even on the beach!!
The food was so good! The main restaurant has breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and late dinners. The food was delicious, and the choice was varied: many veggies and fruit, tons of cheese and olives, different options of meat dishes, etc. Besides the main restaurant, there's a snack bar next to the beach, where you can get burgers, doners, and fruit between lunch and dinner. Also, there's a patisserie where you can get cakes, pastries, coffee, and ice cream during the day. So, if you want, you can eat all the time. Also, there is a lobby bar and a pool bar (next to the beach). All of that is free and included. Also, if you stay more than six days, you can go to the a la carte fish restaurant for free once. It was a great experience, and the food was worthy of costly restaurants. You get several appetizers, salads, side dishes, a main fish dish, and a dessert. The walls in the restaurant are glassy, so you may watch how the chef cooks all of your dishes outside.
The hotel is on the first line, and the beach is about a 1-minute walk from the main building. The beach is sandy with no stones, and you have two sitting options - on the sand or the wooden platform. The entrance to the sea is through the stairs from the wooden platform, so you don't need special shoes to enter the sea. There are always enough chaise longues and umbrellas for everyone on the beach, so the rest was excellent. When we got tired of the beach, we went to the pool by the hotel, which was also great and clean.
On the last day of our stay, there were power outages in Beldibi, and all the hotels used electricity generators. Our window faced another hotel's generator, which was very noisy even with the windows closed. When we talked about that at the reception, the woman with bright red hair (I'm so sorry I don't recall her name!) was so helpful and offered us to change a room for free so that we could sleep in silence. I'm very grateful to this woman! Overall, the service in this hotel is exceptional, and everyone who works there tries hard to do their best.
I'd like to express my special gratitude to Ms Ceylan from reception. She was always super friendly and helpful, and she's also intelligent and speaks many languages. She always tried to give the best service possible and helped my mom with translation, and I'm very grateful to her. When I recall my stay in this hotel, I'll always think of Ms Ceylan first.
I would love to return to the Rose Garden Premium Hotel, and I will recommend it...
Read more: Friendly and good stuff |Nice design everywhere |Beautiful garden |Cleaning was decent |Food was nothing special - but all was fresh and it was had good variety of desserts ||-: Our balcony was full of pigeon excretions+ we had a pigeon nest on the air cooler block, there is a smoke detector on the ceiling of the room that was blinking all night long (!). Arriving late we were given the room under the roof facing the hotel with loud music, we asked for a changed and we were proposed another room that seemed more “silent” to us, as we were tired and felt immediately asleep. The next days we found out that the silence in this hotel is optional - rooms on one side of the hotel are facing hotel with loud music, on other side of the building - the restaurant of another hotel with 24/7 working ventilation system, so you can hear constant noises and smell of food. Sometimes you can hear the disco of the Catamaran hotel as well. Bathroom is really tiny, but well equipped. The toilet flush wasn’t working well. |When we stayed in the hotel we had a sensation to be on the building site - workers everywhere, constant noises and dust - pool bar (the building in the pool zone) is under construction - they do finishing works, road near the hotel entrance was destroyed and they were doing works, on 4th of May they started to renew the wooden decking of the beach - paint it with wood varnish that had disgusting smell + painting metal constructions on the beach - come on, if you plan works in the hotel at least you have to notify your clients before booking, or not doing it when the season is already started !! During our stay hotel had problems with sewerage and the lobby was smelling disgusting - mix of spoiled eggs and air refresher, as they tried to hide the smell with strong smell of perfume. |A la carte restaurant didn’t work, cafe on the entrance with desserts and coffee was closed. No ice cream. Chill out bar didn’t work. Beach bar was closed already at 18:00, lobby bar at 21:00 instead of 03:00.|The overall stay in this “Boutique Hotel” was unsatisfactory and not good at all. We didn’t pay to listen building noises, smelling varnish and other unpleasant smells, but unfortunately it’s almost only things we found in this place, although the design of the place is very charming and the garden full of roses is very beautiful - I would rank 10 just...
