B Business Hotel & Spa — Hotel in Kepez

OH had some dental work booked and the hotel was booked for us while this was carried out. On arrival our luggage was collected while we were checked into our room and then escorted upstairs. The room was a reasonable size and thankfully air conditioned. We were offered an upgrade for £50 per night which we took advantage of but wouldn’t again, certainly not value for money. ||View varies on location with some with views across the city to the mountains and others straight into another building. ||Breakfast is a bit odd with a few hot selections including chips but a lot of cheese if that’s your thing. Menu meals and room service are off the same menu which has a lot of options, the evening buffet is a bit hit and miss so have a look before choosing. We had on a few occasions and was fine||The hotel seems in an odd location, fairly handy for the dentist although they send a car. There is a garage either side so you can get some essentials easily enough and there are a few mini marts about nearby. There a few “local” eateries so will need to go further afield although taxis are readily available and fairly cheap. ||The spa was ok and used the sauna, steam room and pool. The pool is indoor but the roof is retracted each day. A welcome cool down on hot days. ||Staff were really good, very helpful and welcoming. ||There seem to be coach trips especially with guests from the Far East. Is you are in the restaurant when they arrive it can be quite an experience, probably largely down to cultural differences. ||This hotel was great for what we were there for but not sure we would use as tourists as it’s local to little. It was the Worst Experience in my last travelling 30 years , I stayed 1 night at the Hotel , my wife was leaving 6 AM to the airport, , I planned to walk with her luggage to the Tram station which is only 50m away from the Hotel , the reception person asked me , are you checking out ? I replied NO , I found the reception person came after us in the tram station asking me to come back immediate to check the files , he was angry , shouting , threatening , very aggressive , impolite , vulgar … I tried to get him calm by urging him to check our room files which he should ask me first and check his files , he did not his job , and i said I am coming back to the Hotel just after making sure my wife leave safely , after length impolite conversation from him , I asked him to call the police , this is the first time in my life I see this , when I come back to the hotel , he stayed very agitated , and he found that the payment was done earlier by credit card , I called the Turkish police , unfortnalty they don’t speak English .||||Worst experience ever , This Hotel neither bring professional people to communicate to the clients nor Polite person . This business hotel 🏨 is only 20 minutes away from the centre. On the moment if our arrival we were greater by professional attentive kind,caring polite staff. The reception staff showed us to our lovely room,super queen size bed,great bathroom. Lovely interior of every floor,so clean,so fresh,the service is amazing 👏 and every member if staff were so kind,polite & helped us with everything & anything. I highly recommend this business hotel if you are going to get your teeth 😬 done,hair done or even staying for a few nights/days as a stop off . I'm going back again as is my friend Sharon,we felt at home here with their true professionalism. Decent enough pool,small gym,plus the gardens are lovely,there is a garage at the side & the tram service is only seconds away. Ask the guys to call for a taxi for you & they will take you to where ever you wish to go,no job is too big or too small for these beautiful people who work there.i commend you all for your hard work & full dedication you do each & every day.
