On our arrival we were shown to a room that was clean but basic to say the least considering we had paid for a double superior room when we booked the holiday.||After four days of our holiday it was pointed out to us by another holiday maker that we were in a basic room. We asked at the reception and they confirmed we weren’t in a superior room, it was obvious they knew of this, we then had to pack and move our baggage to the room we should have had in the first place, apparently we weren’t the only ones to have this problem||The Thomson’s rep had a word with the staff as I said I would accept a later stay on instead of vacating the room at 12:00 as some sort of compensation, this I had to push for to get anything, they would only let us have it till 17:30 and not as advertised 19:30 for an extra £30. We didn’t receive an apology and more like I had caused them a problem. On returning to our room mid afternoon we had been locked out of our room, when we went to the reception they simple pointed at the clock and said you should have left the room, when we finally got back into our room we had a knock at the door at 17:00 and asked to vacate the room. All in all, the hotel was good although the food was a little repetitive and the reception staff weren’t very helpfully.||On the night flight home, the stewardess’s, although the lights were out and people trying to sleep, had a very vocal conversation giving most of the front half of the plane details of someone called Jamie’s life story, eventually they were asked to tone it down, not very...

Pros: people were very friendly and they would listen to your concern. However took very long to handle it Budget room. Had to leave it on the whole day for it to be cool when we were back. Otherwise the room would never be cool.
