We had problems with the cleanness of the room. We arrived late on friday and when we arrived at to room, there were hairs inside the toilet. We thought that ok, they might forget the cleaning and we cleaned it. After that, we realized that the towels have dust on it and we threw them on to the floor. Next day, when we arrived at the room, same dusty towels were put back like they clean from the floor. The dust and hair residues on the towel was exactly same and it really ruined our night. In the end, if they don’t even bother to change the towels on the floor with the clean ones, they might be not bothering to change other things like bed sheet. Then we tried to call the reception however no one answered the phone, so I had to go the reception to get clean towels. The person at the reception was kind but they didn’t even say we are sorry about the situation. I stayed in lots of Ibis around the world, I am really sorry that we had a problem like this.
