Golden World Suite Hotel — Hotel in Konyaaltı

I would like to sincerely thank the Golden world Hotel for consistently providing a wonderful experience. I’ve been coming here for three consecutive years, and I’ve always been satisfied especially with the cleanliness and overall comfort. I’ve never had to worry about the safety of my belongings, and the rooms have always been spotless from day one.

This time, I even happened to meet one of the housekeeping ladies ,she was incredibly kind and warm, and it really reassured me that everything is in good hands. The hotel overall has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, and I truly appreciate how clean the rooms, the pool, and the spa are. However, I must share one unfortunate experience. There is one staff member at reception , I believe she may be of Russian background who comes across as quite aggressive and unfriendly. She doesn’t communicate well and seems to treat some guests differently, possibly based on background or language. I found her attitude very upsetting and surprising for a hotel of this standard. I sincerely hope the management will look into this matter and either provide her with further training or consider reassigning her role. Update: just don't go, it used to be a good place, but now they don't care about cleanness any more. The hotel is not maintained properly

Some of the pictures online are showing that the hotel is next to the beach, but the hotel is way far from the beach. It's a new hotel apartments, the rooms are clean and very modern. The staff at least the ones we met on the night shift weren't that much knowledgeable of the prices and online booking, anyhow we didn't face issues with our reservation, but we tried to get a room directly from reception but they asked for a higher price than online sites, so we booked the room online. Лучший отель в районе "Хурма" по соотношению цена - качество. Влюбились в него с дочей с первого взгляда, несмотря на свою взыскательность. В этом отеле настолько располагающая, домашняя атмосфера, что мы решили остаться в нём на месяц, и в данный момент наслаждаемся отдыхом! Интернет в отеле достаточно приличный для Турции - доча на ноутбуке играет в свои любимые игры по вечерам. Поплавали в бассейне - вода в нём чистая, но прохладная для этого времени года. В округе, несомненно, это лучший бассейн, из увиденных нами. Чувствуем себя как дома: тихо, уютно, спокойно. По вторникам и субботам ходим на базар - в Лиман и Хурму, соответственно. Потом готовим обед - вся кухонная утварь в наличии. Не понравилась нам сковорода - нам её заменили на новую. Персонал отеля очень чутко и оперативно реагирует на все просьбы пожелания своих клиентов, как в отелях ультра всё включено, и даже лучше! Вплоть до того, Светлана, на рецепшн, предоставила нам тележку для покупок на базаре. И всё это мило, легко, весело, и с юмором, чем очень подняла нам настроение! Конечно, есть моменты, где "здесь колет, тут дует, а там жмёт", но все они достаточно быстро и легко решаемы - персонал охотно идёт навстречу всем пожеланиям, как то: донести бутыли с водой до номера или внепланово поменять постельное бельё, полотенца, одеяла (на более тёплые)... на днях заказали хамам: комплекс услуг, с массажем - 400 лир! Столько же стоит и трансфер в отеле. Как выразилась моя дочь: "Мам, я в раю!" Желаю персоналу отеля GOLDEN WORLD HOTEL доброго здоровья, процветания, любви, и держать марку отеля на таком же высоком уровне, чтобы мы вновь и вновь возвращались в Ваш великолепный, прекрасный, по - домашнему уютный отель!
