We booked a room this scary hotel on the 2nd of July on purpose of family weekend break. Receptionist called Islam approached for check in. First instance no eye contact never called our name saying only YOU. Asking my 6 years old daughter's ID even we were locally living. He started arguing and abusing without any reason as he done for other hotel guest too. I have called hotel manager to talk however he said he is the manager of the hotel even though he wasn't. He made my daughter cried. He ruined our weekend abusing us through the reception desk swearing at us. I asked his name he shouted again do u want my ID number too with laughing at us and saying he his the king of the castle. This rude persons should not allow to work any hotel as we requested refund and decided not to stay. He was still waiting for us on the reception edge to fight front of the kid who was already crying. What a shame. Wouldn't recommend this place any one and never ever stay at this horrible place again. Mr Islam declined giving his name as he thinks he is own this place but we will definitely seek further legal advise against the management and the hotel....

While booking over the phone, the reservation team quoted a price for two nights, but during check-in, they claimed it was for one night only. Even worse, instead of doubling the price for two nights, they charged us 1.5 times the rate. Exhausted from traveling and arriving late at night, we reluctantly accepted.||||The issues didnât end there. There was no Wi-Fi throughout our stay, and despite the reception's promises to fix it, nothing was resolved. Breakfast was included, but it was abysmalâone type of low-quality olive, unappetizing cheese, bread, and tea. Even the coffee machine was out of order, and when we asked for more options, the staff, seemingly a distracted young student, ignored our requests. We had to eat elsewhere.||||Additionally, our room wasnât cleaned even after we requested it. The service was unacceptable, and the overall experience was one of the worst weâve ever had....
   Read moreSpacious room with a beautiful pool view. Had a lovely holiday and enjoyed most of it apart from an incident we came across at the restaurant. We ordered some food and noticed that the vegetable that came with the lamb tasted extremely fishy ! Called the waiter and explained issue. Upon investigation he came up with an apology by admitting the cook chef had used the fish knife to cut the vegetables! This is clearly a poor hygiene and no excuse for it but they thought an apology would sort the problem... Also, the male receptionist lacks in terms of customer service. Although I am a native Turkish speaker he was struggling to understand - resolve the problems raised with him. The only helpful individual was Mutlu and he wasnât even a member of staff but a football trainer. Overall the hotel itself is well...
