Hane Sun Elite Hotel — Hotel in Manavgat

We had a truly fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming from the very beginning. Our spacious room boasted a beautiful pool view, allowing us to enjoy watching the daily animation activities. The multilingual animation team, especially Murat, did an amazing job engaging guests in the daily fun. The evening shows were all well-organized and showcased very talented performers.

The highlight for many was undoubtedly the exceptional buffet. It offered a vast selection of delicious and well-prepared dishes to cater to every taste. The delightful desserts were also available in the lobby alongside a wide variety of drinks.

The location itself was very convenient. The beach, just a 5-minute bus ride away or a 15-minute walk, was pristine and uncrowded, with a great food buffet and thankfully free from pesky vendors. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a well-stocked pharmacy, a bazaar, a Migros supermarket, and access to good doctor services.

While the gym was a bit on the small side, it had all the necessary equipment and materials for a good workout. The spa, however, was fantastic! We used it almost every day and found it incredibly relaxing. The cleaning lady was very friendly and attentive, even overcoming a language barrier to provide us with extra water bottles as we are big water drinkers. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, with some servers remembering our preferences and even bringing us drinks before we ordered them. A special shoutout to the woman from the general store, who was very kind, and to the the animation team who distributed beautiful flowers to the women for Mother's Day – a lovely touch!

The only downsides we encountered were the weak Wi-Fi signal in our room (which we suspect might vary depending on location as it worked perfectly in the restaurant and lobby) and the slightly pushy sales tactics we experienced from the spa staff trying to sell packages.

Overall, these minor inconveniences did not detract from our wonderful experience. We highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again if the...

We just got back from there.We stayed at this hotel between August 02-09, 2023. On arrival, the people at the hotel reception gave us an envelope containing 2 access cards and 3 cards for towels. The boy who carried our luggage took an access card, opened the door and left the card in the card slot next to the entrance door (without card the lights wouldn't work). The access card remained in slot until the next day when we went to the beach, we took only 1 access card with us. When we returned from the beach, the card had disappeared from the slot near the door, having been taken by the cleaning people.

Negative points: 1)When handing over the room on August 09, I had a big show with the people at the reception, because the cleaning people did not inform the people at the reception that they took the card from the room. The people at the reception claimed to give them 10 Euros for the missing card , although we had not taken it from the slot (let this be a lesson to us) and we refused to pay. 2)Also, the room was right next to the lobby bar and in front of our room there was a big traffic of noisy people retuning from lobby bar going to their rooms until around 01 AM and we couldn't sleep because of the noise.There should be a sign prohibiting noise after 11 PM. 3)In the evening, we could not leave the door to the balcony open because all the cigarette smoke entered our room from the lobby bar terrace next to us. Separating panels should be installed between the lobby bar terrace and the balconies. 4)Since the room was on the ground floor and there was a garden in front, ants and spiders entered the room in the evening. 5)The refrigerator in the room was defective and did not cool the drinks.

Positive points: 1)The staff at the restaurant is particularly kind and helpful, the food sufficient and varied (sweets are strong points). 2)Cleanliness is at a high level. 3)The beach had fine sand, there are enough sunbeds, and the service at the beach bar was ok. 4) In the evening there are concerts in the garden...

Okay hotel, but can be improved!

Me and my family stayed at Hane Sun Elite Hotel for a week, and this is my thoughts!

At first sight the hotel seems nice, fresh and luxurious, which partially matches the experience. The hotel offers both a pool and a beach. A big plus is that there is a bus from the hotel that transports you to the beach, where there are sunbeds, food and drinks. The hotel has waterslides that work for children as well as youth and adults. The pool is large and can accommodate many people. Despite this it should be more sunbeds around the pool and also places to sit in the dining room. Because if you dont reserve early (which youre not even allowed to do) then you will be left without a sunbed or a place to sit.

The communication. Some in the staff do not speak English, which prevents effective communication. Despite communication problems, many are very nice.

The rooms are modern and fresh. However, we had a lot of problems with the sewer, because it smelled in our room. Every time we had left the room for a long time, the whole room almost smelled like toilet. It is also VERY responsive in the rooms. Everything that happens outside is heard straight in. We stayed on the pool side and heard music and noise late at night. So you have to be prepared for that. The music near the pool at day is also very repetative, they play the same songs every day.

The photo shots: Some days you could take pictures with animals by the pool such as a parrot, lizard, snake or a monkey. It does not feel morally right to have animals here just so they can be in pictures. You could see that the animals were not comfortable with this. Instead they should live the life they are meant for, out in the wild.

The experience at this hotel has been overall okay. The food is okay, the drinks too. The staff is doing their very best. The pool and the beach gets an extra plus from us. The hotel is fairly modern and fresh, but there are some areas that could be improved. Therefore Hane Sun Elite...
