Upon arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks, great hospitality and the room we were given 2124, was beautiful, however this was soon over shadowed by having no running water. The water was fixed quickly upon calling reception.
After fixing the above issues we managed to get down to the ski rental room, at about 3.30 even though we arrived at 2pm. We were able to hire all the equipment we needed eing skis, shoes and hats, however the ski room couldn't tell us the price for any of those items, they told us to ask reception. After speaking some individuals on the ski slopes we also found out that if you book for 3 nights the hotel should issue you with a ski pass, that we had just bought ourselves.
That evening we decided to go for a swim, only to be told by the hotel staff that the changing rooms were not read for use and that we should come down from our room in our bath robes (dressing gowns), thankfully we already had our swimming clothes on so we could easily change at the side of the pool tis time. The pool however was freezing so we didnt stay more than 30 minutes. We were also told that despite booking an "all inclusive" package, that the pool bar and what seemed to be all the bars in the hotel required us to pay for our drinks even soft drinks like water and hot chocolate.
When we book an all inclusive resort with a ski pass included we expected only to have to pay for the ski equipment rental but this soon became a very costly holiday for us in a hotel that seemed to have mounting issues.
The next day we asked the reception for a ski pass, only to be told that we could only pay for a pass in cash, it could not be added to our room. After investigation, there was no passes left so we were asked to drive to your sister hotel to pick up our pass which we thought was ridiculous most guests dont even come with a car. As we had already bought our passes the day before we decided to just use what we had left.
That evening when we went back to the room, the room was extremely hot so we decided to open the door, only to find a man, we presume was a worker stood outside our bedroom door smoking and could see myself, dressed in a little amount of clothes through the door. Later that evening Upon testing the door we realised that the door was accessible from the inside and the outside and it did not have a lock on it. This made us feel very unsafe in our room.
On our last night after a lot of skiing we wanted to go for one last swim before we checked, this was only our second time using the pool as it had been freezing on our first night, we called reception and asked if the changing rooms were able to be used they said no, so we asked for a bath robe (dressing gown) as previously instructed, only to be told that the hotel didnt have any. We made our way down to the pool the same as before in out swim wear, only to be told that there was no towels for the pool available, my husband had to go back up to the room and bring the bath towels down to the pool
Whilst waiting for my husband i decided to go to the toilet, only to find that the toilets were extremely un clean with human feces all over the toilet and floor. When i came out of the other toilet, a man walked into the room and starting changing. I quickly left the room but not with out checking for a "man" or "women" sign, there wasnt a sign on any of the doors. If i had used this room as a changing room i would have been very upset to find a man walking in whilst i was changing.
Upon check out we were then landed with a bill of over 3000TL, even though we rented ski equipment on our first night for 2 hours we were charged for the full day and any other drinks we had during our stay we were charged for too despite being sold an all inclusive package.
The whole vacation has really disappointed us, we were really looking forward to experiencing your resort but being asked to pay for drinks when we are all inclusive, feeling unsafe in our room and the other facilities being unclean, overcrowded and under prepared really has spoilt my...

Read moreMy parents heard my cries about a winter holiday and chose THE BEST place to stay.
Where do I begin? The food was AMAZING!! Seriously, I’m a really picky eater but I devoured EVERYTHING here. Especially the sweets, they were able to satisfy my sweet tooth so well!
The rooms were beautiful, the moment I stepped in I was mesmerized. The interior was cozy, it made staying indoors such a vibe! I was smiling ear to ear when I plopped myself onto those little couches.
The staff was lovely! I forgot her name (sorry) but there was a lady who was such a friendly person! I’m usually pretty shy around people but they made me feel so welcome!
I usually stayed in my room so I don’t think I can rate the hotel’s interior as a whole, but from what I saw, it was just as cozy as our room, which was VERY cozy.
The pools were nice! I just wish there was a more hotter pool we could relax in. The water was lukewarm, which is fair enough, but I really wanted a thermal pool :((
I might’ve been seen as too optimistic here, but trust me. This was the BEST hotel I’ve EVER EVER stayed. I was so sad when we had to leave. Take my word people! You wouldn’t want to miss out on those yummy sweets lol
I personally want to thank the hotel for such a great experience. I could tell they really cared about us customers. Which is wonderful. I’m definitely begging my parents to take me...
