MERSİN VIP HOUSE|HOTEL — Hotel in Mezitli

Been there two times and stayed in two different rooms. The first one had a street-view. The second one had a partial sea-view. Both of them were very clean and the size of the rooms were big enough. Compared to other hotels in mersin, the prices are convenient and it is quite possible for one to feel himself at home owing to the apartment concept. The location is great, one can reach any type of restaurant or any place for daily needs. Marina is 5 mins away by car, and it takes even less to reach seaside. There was a washing-machine(which is a great chance in summer months) and many kitchen equipments such as coffee cups, pans, pots, cutlery and a lot more). People work there were helpful and friendly. They did their best to0 provide a good service with us. Thanks for the kind behavior! |-One advice: It must be considered to change pillows ASAP. In both rooms the pillows were very thick(!)...

□□ Plenty of supermarkets around you (Beyman, Sok, 101 ...)

□□ Barber shops, a hospital, a bakery all necesities are one to two minutes away from you.

□□ For those who need it, there's a mosque and a small park for the kids right next to the hotel.

■ Staff:

□□ The reception is very friendly, responsive, and can communicate in english ( a major plus for foreigners )

□□ The cleaning service was always available upon request.

■ Rooms:

□□ There are tiers of rooms depending on your requirements ( ovens, washing machines, dish washers ... )

□□ Rooms come off with a single king sized bed, or 2 single normal beds.

□□ Cleanliness is generally pretty good

◇◇ Rooms could use more utensils; there are usually enough for 1 or two people which is mostly Okay, unless you were staying there...

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Very unprofessional, very low quality and uncomfortable furniture. Disgusting smelly washing machine and on top they haven’t informed us about their renovation plan which starts at 7 am and doesn’t end until 8pm for a duration of nearly 3 weeks. Loud noise and dirt all over the building. Unsafe ramp at the reception. Reception empty majority of the time no one is available. All good reviews are 2 years ago. Apparently they delete REAL reviews. Short advice is...
