I’m being balanced and honest in this review and considering many factors that I will explain in details: We were a family of four that spent 7 days at Titanic Luxury Hotel between 26th June and 3rd July. We booked an All Inclusive package for 10,170 euros via Globus Travel Albania. Our agency told us this is the most luxurious hotel you can find in Bodrum, dinning a-la carte where they are included in the price.

At the moment of check-in we were shocked to see the condition of the room. Damaged furniture and floors, dirty walls, non-ironed linen, a sofa bed for my children to sleep and nails going out from it risking to scratch everyone’s feet. This room, was not the same displayed in the official website of the swim-up superior room! I almost cried and we asked to check-out and fly back home since this was nothing to a luxury hotel.

Guest Assistant offered us another room type, Deluxe Swim up room. We didn’t want to make our children unhappy flying back home so we accepted and from that moment we lowered our expectations of the luxury concept that our agency in Albania sold us.

Staff and Service: Staff did not speak very well English, we found many challenges during our stay in bars and restaurants communicating with the waiters for our order for food or drinks. During our stay, it happened in the Italian a la carte restaurant that breakfast was delayed more than 45 minutes and we walked away without having breakfast In the beef burger we were served food without services ( fork, knife) even though I asked they never came. The waiter apologised in Turkish of the ‘kallaballek’. In the buffet restaurant, I felt staff was very stressed, tired and running all the time. Service was at its best in the Yamas and in the Kids Club. House Keeping: House keeping needs a lot of improvements. They come only once per day to clean the room, where in other 5 star luxury hotels they come in the morning and afternoon. We had a room with a swimming pool access and its terrace is cleaned only by the house keeping. In other hotels when guests are awake in the morning you can find the terrace and swimming pool cleaned and the towels ready to start the day by the pool. In our case we found the terrace every morning as we left in the previous day. During our stay, it happened that house keeping came in 10 am in the morning, and then next day in afternoon. Food & Restaurants: Buffet restaurant was a typical Turkish cuisine and failed to offer more international taste. The food quality was not very good. There were Italian, Turkish, Japanese and Greek A la carte restaurants. For the Japanese and Greek one you needed to pay. Turkish, Greek and 24 hr restaurants were very good, the service too! The Greek restaurant had a great atmosphere. Italian restaurant food was not a good quality. Desert & coffee bars were really good and the service too!

Guest Assistant: Guest assistant were really kind and supported our stay with resort activities, restaurants, asked if we are enjoying our stay and constantly asked our feedback.

Kids Club: Kids club offered really good entertainment for children, painting, ceramic, robotic lego classes, etc. The place was very clean and the ladies were always smiling and kind.

Beach & Beach bar Beach beds were very close to each other and did not offer privacy. I noticed only one shower in the beach, which was challenging to get access to it, sometimes very far from our location and sometimes queues. Beach bar offered a great atmosphere in the afternoon with DJ music and by the night the parties were great!

Value for money: We payed a lot for this hotel: 10,170 euro and we were presented as a luxury hotel and service. It failed to reach the luxury or the premium quality of service, facilities and amenities typically offered in luxury hotels. I have been in many high-standard and medium luxury holiday resort hotels and I know where the...

The summer of 2020 was the fifth time I visited a Titanic hotel with my family. Never had we encountered such a visit. The first four times great (3x Titanic Lara, 1x Titanic Berlin), the one in Bodrum was such a bad experience that it overshadowed all the previous visits. First of all during the pandemic you expect a proper cleaned room, our room had some packaging left on the floor from the previous visitors, pieces of broken glass and soap and towels where missing. Especially the broken glass was a thing to worry most with young children (4 years and 1 year old). After a complain about this the staff from the reception tried to solve this problem, they offered a different room but it had no sea view and an extra compensation for loosing the sea view was not an option, very strange while I paid extra for the sea view during the booking... The other option was to stay in the same room and they would do an extra clean up. During the entire week the cleaning was not what I was used to expect from Titanic hotels. The staff at the reception did what they could in a very busy period, thank you for that but the cleaning staff was unfortunately moderate. Even tipping was not an extra motivation to perform a better cleaning, when my kids walked in the room without shoes, the foot was instant dirty and dark grey.

During my stay we booked a cabana for the last 4 days, the guy who was handling our cabana really deserves an extra bonus, so much dedicated and considered I have never seen. If I remember good his name was Ali and was originally from Gaziantep. Once I ordered lahmacun, after I ordered he had to go to a covid-test. During his absence I remembered his colleague twice. The lahmacun finally showed up after Ali came back and waited in front of the oven to claim a lahmacun for me. The next day I went to the restaurant which makes the lahmacun, hoping that the lahmacun would show up much faster if I take place in the restaurant, unfortunately after waiting for 30 minutes I left without eating lahmacun. Maybe the lahmacun is coming with a pigeon from Urfa. I usually go to the bar my self for the drinks so I can stretch the legs. Each time when Ali saw me walking with drinks he immediately rushed to me and insisted to carry the drinks. In my younger years I worked in a restaurant and I know how difficult and hard work it is, but this guy was doing the same job on much higher level in middle of the summer under the burning sun, my old job during college suddenly looks like childsplay.

The food in the main restaurant should be on a higher level. The quality at the other Titanic hotels was much higher. A few times I had raw meat and chicken. The variety is also less then the other Titanic hotels. I showed it to the staff in the restaurant, they appologized for the inconvenience but on other days I still encountered raw meat. Apparently the kitchen staff does not care much. The staff serving the drinks in the main restaurant asks only when you take place on a table what to drink and after one drink they don't ask any more. If you go to the bar to ask for a drink they rush you back to your table, apparently they are afraid that the managers will get angry at them for lacking service.

The set up of the hotel is overall nice. Good concepts scattered all over the area, unfortunately some services are really poor and some others are really great. Like the cafe's, bars, ice bar, patisserie, doner restaurant. I don't write that easily a review on internet (not at all actually), but the unclean room during a pandemic and glass pieces on the floor did made me write this as a warning to families with small children. I'm not sure if I will go after this experience again to a Titanic hotel. Overall it is a good hotel, some staff better then the other. But the most necessary staff (cleaning and chefs) are throwing a shadow over the rest, therefore...

We booked a 7 night stay at this hotel, it was our first experience with them.

At arrival, because we arrived before the check-in can be done (around 10 am), no one explained to us that we should expect to get into the rooms at 2pm. It would not have been a problem if they explained the rules and gived us some alternatives to enjoy the respective day. We were awake since 2am and were kinda tired. The English of some Turkish employees at the reception was fairly poor. Luckily there was a bar reception which we enjoyed until the time for the check-in arrived.

After we arrived in our room, we were famished. Unfortunately, because of the language barrier we did not know that we could eat at the snack bars even if lunch time has passed. Also, while leaving the room to go at the beach, we encountered an issue, the door couldn't be locked (somehow the door lock was blocked and the door could be only opened), fortunately, the lady that cleaned that building we stayed in was kind enough to call for someone to solve our issue.

Besides the rough start, everything is great.

Service: Even if some of the employees speak poor English, we could understand each other either through "sign language" or because our languages have similarities. They always have a smile on their faces and they are kind and try to make your stay as enjoyable as they can. Sometimes they can be overwhelmed, but please try to have patience with them, they are also human.

Food: we loved the food at the snack bars (Bengovil and Hasir were our favorite ones). The main restaurant Parkfora, has mainly good dishes, some can be improved tho. We also went for dinner at Hasir, I think this is the best experience we've ever had. For 10€ extra, we were given too much to eat, but all the food was great. I felt like I was back at mom's house, eating her food. Thank you for that! Snack bars are available from 12pm till 4pm all of them and Hasir is available until 6pm.

Rooms: the room itself is great, spacious, comfortable beds, great views. All the needed amenities. What I would improve on this side is that the kettles need much more attention. We wanted to make some tea/coffee and unfortunately found that they were a bit rusty. Nevertheless, we chose to go to the patisserie instead where we were surprised by their service and great sweets.

Drinks: The drinks were limited at some spots but you could enjoy great cocktails at the bar above the entertainment area. I recommend number 2 and number 5 cocktails there.

Beaches: the beach was clean, sunbeds were great. You had loads of refrigerators with water and sodas. Also, fresh fruits and great icecream. Try the coconut and pistachio one.

Entertainment: it was nice, however, after the covid pandemic, we felt the need to rest more. Wasn't that loud and the rooms were decently soundproofed enough to have a good sleep.

SPA: The spa services are great you have free access to the sauna and relaxing area. We tried also the st Bay hammam, which was a bit expensive (150€/person), but the experience was worth it. The cheapest one was around 60€/person. They also had a vitamin bar where they made fresh juice from vegetables and fruits.

Covid: all employees wear masks and latex gloves.

Overall, the experience was worth it and it was just what we needed. The people are great. Food was amazing. I would definitely return here!

PS: big shout out for Arthur(assistant manager) and Diana(guest relations) which were great people and were helpful in all of our endeavors! I hope to see you again...

Luxury Collection Bodrum One of the most luxurious hotels in Bodrum with its perfect location and architecture. After the wonderful hotels in the Mediterranean region, it is a great chance to find the privileges of Titanic hotels in Bodrum. Titanic Bodrum, a hotel surrounded by nature in the deep blue waters of the Aegean, offers a perfect holiday experience by combining comfort, nature and luxury. Special assistants greet you when you enter the hotel and make your holiday easier when you need it. The beach parties and DJ shows of the hotel, which was built with very good solutions on a sloping geography, are legendary. You can admire the blue and green of the Aegean region while dancing on the white sands. At the hotel, which is very assertive about gourmet delicacies with all its restaurants, the service understanding of the staff is the first point that the guests point out. All staff are friendly and solution oriented. #titanichotels #titanicluxurycollectionbodrum #vacation #urlaub #holiday #tatil #luxury #luxurylife #luxuryhotel #sea #djparty #bohemian #beach #hotel #besthotelsinturkey #hotelsandresorts #besthotels
