*A Disappointing Stay* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a huge letdown. While the hotel's architecture and design were beautiful, the service and overall experience were far from satisfactory. *Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues* The room wasn't clean, and the shower was very dirty. To make matters worse, the shower flooded after every use. The jacuzzi in our room, which we paid a premium for, was also very dirty and required us to clean it before use. *Jacuzzi Issues* The jacuzzi wasn't working during our entire stay. When we informed the front desk staff, they seemed uninterested in finding a solution. When we complained, they were busy playing video games on their phones, including the staff member who claimed to be in charge in the manager's absence. This staff member continued playing games, not even looking at us while communicating. It wasn't until the last night of our 3-night stay that they finally fixed it. However, the water pressure was extremely low, taking almost 3 hours to fill it up. We suspect this was intentional, aiming to discourage guests from using the jacuzzi. *Front Desk Staff* The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in playing games on their phones than attending to guests' needs. They would gossip about guests, talk badly about them, and laugh amongst themselves, creating a very toxic work environment. *Dining Experience* Our dinner experience was a disaster. None of the staff could speak English, despite our attempts to order pointing at what we wanted on the menu and repeating that 3 times. They brought us the wrong food, and when we questioned them, they claimed they had run out of the dish we ordered and made something else without informing us. The kitchen manager, who appeared to be intoxicated and reeked of alcohol, became confrontational when we brought it up. However, one bright spot was a young staff member named Mohamed, who was very helpful and tried very hard. It was noticeable that the other staff would often direct tasks to him, seemingly because he was the youngest. *Overall Experience* The hotel's poor management and horrible service made our stay unbearable. I wonder if the owners are aware of the issues plaguing this hotel. I would strongly advise against booking here. Rating: 0/5 stars

I have mixed feelings after New Year's night in this hotel. I booked the room for 3 people but the room was prepared for 2. I was happy to see that we have a kitchen in the room but it is just a kitchen, you will not find even one plate or one fork. Absolutely useless. Prices across hotels, mean menu, mini bar, etc. Everything is in euros. I didn't arrive in the euro zone at least this is what I thought. We were allowed to extend the check out to 1 pm but were started chasing to leave the room before this time. Breakfast is amazingly prepared with a high variety of items. But if you want to have Turkish coffee for breakfast you need to pay 5 euro. The room apart that was not prepared for 3 persons was next to the staff corner in which was some machine, tool has no idea which made noise each like a couple of hours during day time and night time. I'm highly sensitive to such noise and woke up a couple of times during the night. During the day you can see staff sitting over there smoking cigarettes which again was not nice when you have doors next to it. At checkout, you need to wait at reception as they need to check if you didn't leave anything behind. I was much more in feeling that it was to check if I didn't steal anything. In overall, the level of decoration, etc is great but there were a lot of little things which should just not have happened in the 5-star hotel. I didn't use facilities like a sauna or pool, etc. Hencenhardbfornme to provide feedback but overall it didn't work for me as I expected.

Good value for money. I went with my family but its suitable for couples or even just boys on a trip. The most important detail is that this hotel is not near anything but there is plenty of transport options available so please bear this in mind. This is not a surprise as you know before booking. The rooms are modern and very luxurious with all types of amenities. The hotel itself also has everything you need to really make the most of your time off. Theres a gaming room, kids area, spa, pool etc I stayed 6 nights and it was a fantastic good value for money especially considering how Antalya has become so overpriced. I highly recommend you get their airport transfer to avoid headaches when arriving as the airport is full of opportunists. This hotel will take care of you. Their transport prices are fixed and reasonable, makes you less anxious then taking a taxi as the meter price varies whilst theirs is fixed. I ordered room service multiple times and in my opinion its also reasonably priced relatively speaking. Not fiving 5 stars as I had some minor hiccups during the stay but these things happen but it means I cant give them full marks. Some things in the room need a bit more maintenance but they come and put it right quickly. Sometimes they forget they are serving you but in the end you get the service. In breakfast sausages aren't replaced quickly so sometimes you have to wait. I hope I am not being harsh but just want them to improve and become a truly 5 star place as its nearly there.

Absolutely Appalling Experience at Check-In – Do NOT Stay at Elysium Green Suites

I had the worst hotel check-in experience of my life at Elysium Green Suites, and I would strongly advise anyone—especially families—to avoid this place entirely.

I arrived at the hotel around 2 AM after an 8–9 hour drive from Istanbul with my family, including my 7-month-old baby. We were exhausted and just needed to check in and rest. Instead, we were met with disrespect, aggression, and shocking unprofessionalism from the front desk staff member named Burak.

At first, I requested a couple of simple things during check-in. Burak responded with rudeness and arrogance, as if I was asking him for a personal favor instead of checking into a hotel I had already paid for in advance. I tried to ignore his attitude, but it only got worse.

After handing over my passport, he demanded the rest of my family’s passports immediately. I explained that they were packed in the luggage and politely asked if we could provide them in the morning. His response? He shouted at me — completely unacceptable behavior from someone in customer service. No one, especially a paying guest, should be yelled at, particularly at 2 in the morning after a long journey with a baby.

I stood up for myself, because my self-respect comes first, and unfortunately that led to an exchange of words. Burak then crossed all lines: He wasted over an hour of our time. He threatened me and said: “You’re not going inside the hotel.” He told me that if I tried to enter the hotel I paid for, he would call the police. He told me to contact my booking agency to get my money back — essentially refusing my stay despite full payment.

His behavior was hostile, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No guest deserves to be treated like this, and certainly not a tired family with a young child in the middle of the night. Burak should not be working in hospitality, period.

This experience was traumatizing, and I would never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. If this is how they treat guests at check-in, imagine the rest of the stay.

Avoid Elysium Green Suites at all costs. You’ll thank...

On arrival the hotel aesthetically is stunning once you arrive at the reception area. I had a junior suite with jacuzzi and two TV screens. We arrived late due to normal Turkish Airport organisation. Our room was impressive with a pool view and good amenities you would need. Next day we wanted to get our bearings and realised this hotel is in the middle of nowhere so we were pleased we had a car as you cannot walk anywhere. When we returned to our room we noticed the room had been serviced but the bin was still full, cups not replaced or cleaned, coffee and tea condiments should have been replenished, our spa dressing gowns had disappeared and never returned also the TV in the bedroom did not work and the toilet seat came off when seat lifted.|TV & toilet seat was fixed but noticed not one English speaking TV channel is available and Netflix did not work in the bedroom!. I was told that this is the case for connecting to Netflix in any of the bedrooms. After two nights still no replenishment of teas and coffee which they admitted should be done daily and kept saying they will get some sent up?. After asking 4 times one day it still did not arrive so managed to bump into a young staff member as we came out of our room and told him so he immediately returned within a minute with enough to keep us going till we left.|Restaurant for breakfast was OK but if you eat in the evening you will be disappointed in both quality and speed of service also the prices are high!|If you stay here without a rental car take additional money for taxis as this is the only way to get to anywhere.|Staff could not be bothered to do anything apart from talking to each other on their phones and smoking outside. If they say they will do something don’t believe them it is just way to get rid of you!|In our opinion this hotel does not care unless you are paying for anything |Photos look great and the hotel is impressive but it is in the middle of nowhere with busy road and building site dumping ground next door. I booked on the back of their photos but don’t be fooled by them the area...
