Ramada by Wyndham Nigde — Hotel in Niğde

I stayed at the hotel for four nights during the Eid holiday. Unfortunately, several basic issues negatively impacted the overall quality of my stay, and they were not addressed properly.||||From the first day, there was a very unpleasant sewage odor coming from the bathroom. In addition, the electronic bidet was completely non-functional. I reported both issues to the front desk, and after a second follow-up, a staff member was sent to check. However, he claimed to have fixed the problems, when in fact, nothing was resolved and the issues persisted throughout my stay.||||There was also consistent nighttime noise from the upper floor, mainly due to chairs being dragged frequently and loudly. Moreover, housekeeping entered the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being placed on the door, which is a clear breach of privacy.||||The response from the front desk staff, especially one female employee, was unhelpful and showed little interest in actually resolving the problems. There was no apology or compensation offered, nor any sign of proper follow-up.||||While the location of the hotel may be convenient, the quality of service does not match its rating, and I would hesitate to recommend it based on this...

Öncelikle bu yorumu Ramada ya gitmek isteyen herkesin görmesi için yazıyorum. Sadece konaklamak için değil eğlenmek için giden kişilerinde bilmesi gerekmektedir. Ramada içerisinde bulunan Shuttle mekanında akşam saatlerinde arkadaşlarımız ile kendi masamızda sohbet edip müzik dinlerken, mekana sarhoş halde gelen çiftler oldu. Shuttle daki çalışanların arkadaşları olduğu için kişiler hiçbir şekilde engellenmeden direk mekana alındılar. Geldiklerinden 10 dk sonra mekanda tatsızlık çıkarmaya başladılar çünkü kendilerinde değillerdi. Shuttle da sorumlu kişi olan Emin bey ortamı sakinleştirmek ve tatsızlık çıkaran kişileri uzaklaştırmak yerine arkadaşları olduğu için hiçbir şey yapmamıştır. Yanımızda bulunan kız kardeşlerimize laf atılması, küfür edilmesi ve temas da bulunulmasına göz yumdular. Otele ait güvenlik görevlileri dahi herhangi bir aksiyon almamış üstüne bizi balkon kısmına almışlardır. Bu sırada otel müdürü Arif bey'in yeğeni olayları bizzat yaşamasına rağmen mekandaki sorun çıkaran kişileri tanıdığı için hiçbir aksiyon almamış üstüne ben ne yapabilirim benden ne istiyorsunuz diye tarafımıza özür dilemek yerine sesini yükselterek cevap vermiştir. Sadete gelecek olursak Ramada hotel yönetimi ve çalışanlarını bu tür saygısızlıklara ve haksızlıklara engel olamayıp seyirci kalması gerçekten hayal kırıklığı olmuştur bizler için. Mekana gitmek isteyen kişilerin bu olayları bilerek hareket etmeleri, tanıdıkları olmaması durumunda bizler gibi haksızlıklara uğrayacaklarını...
