Ramada by Wyndham Bursa Nilufer — Hotel in Nilüfer

Really I feel very bad .its my big mistake really .staff are very rude behave .they want only money nothing else .they didn't give respect at all .if you had kids with you they do counting really .ist ever hotel in world who care about kids counting .I suggest don't live here in future really bas place to live .I am doing attach hotel room booking time pic where they displayed 3 adult In one room .when we check in they count my kids even I had 5 rooms only with 8 adult and 4 kids .but they want 40 more euro for kids in same rooms .check room...

Hotel is very average hotel with dirty carpets, and ashtray at the room although room was as-non smoking room. Breakfast very limited, many trays empty what might be ok for a short moment but situation have not changed. After the question whether they have green team waiter just replied - finished. Interest about customer- zero. Positive was morning reception guy having invoices already ready-minimizing wait time. Overall very low level for 4200...

The staff were amazing and the room was wide and clean it's look new hotel and the room looks in cycle it's so beautiful with wide window special thanks to night manager furkan who was my guide for attraction in bursa and very polite and helpful so i do not know how to thanks him for his good behavior and attitude from the beginning of my trip to bursa.
