Rivaesta Butik Hotel — Hotel in Ortaca

Lovely! I booked this hotel online for a night after we missed our flight at 6 in the morning. Stressed and tired, we travelled to the hotel without checking the check-in times and were allowed to stay in a family room as opposed to a couple room after paying the difference. Despite being outside the check-in times, the hotel manager did not hesitate to welcome us in. The hotel is relatively new and our room was clean with a beautiful view of the mountains and neighbourhood from the balcony. Bathroom was also clean. Rooms have AC, fridge, hairdryer and a TV. Doesn’t have a cafeteria/ restaurant but the manager recommended a local restaurant that was lovely. I cannot recommend this place enough, and the kind hotel manager who welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable....

Our flight with TUI was delayed by several hours. We were stuck at Dalaman airport and had no were to wait, we were tired after a long day and needed somewhere to rest. We decided to have a look for local reasonably priced hotels to have a rest and freshen up. Luckily we came across this place and decided to book. It was a basic hotel but was so affordable, very clean and had all the amenities we could need for a few hours. The host was so helpful and assisted us in every way he could. Butik Hotel. Definitely not

Had already sat down to do my business when l turned round to look for toilet paper, none. Called out to my partner who ran out to the car to get me napkins, then went to wash my hands, no soup. Pump soap, not even a hand towel.

The bathroom sink was at an unusual anglen. The door was sliding but had gaps at both ends, embarrassing if a new couple holidaying for first time

Location. Was hard to find too

Disappointed at the cost of 59 euros, much better places to stay, for sure in Sarigerme and nearby...
