Lovely hotel! The room isnt very large and has a strange omission: there are no drawers! There is also no balcony furniture which we really wanted, the TV isnt the best, and you cant plug the sink. That's every negative nitpick I have! Everything else was positive.

The bed was small but super super comfortable, the view of the sea and the runway were airplanes were taking off was the most magnificent view i've seen. The breakfast buffet is small but very delicious, and even after 7 days of eating from it we never once felt bored of the food or like we wanted anything different. Room service isnt bad, I ordered Sutlaç (rice pudding) and it was delicious, though I didnt like the pizza because the dough had an unusual flavor, and the cappuccino I ordered was sweet and hazelnut flavored which isnt my preference (though it seems the entire trabzon area doesnt make good espresso, skyway and Yemen coffee nearby have good coffee)

Very bad experience – Not recommended

I stayed at this hotel in Trabzon for 8 days with my wife, and it was a disappointing experience. I had booked a room with a double bed, but they gave us a room with two separate beds that were very uncomfortable and kept moving.

I complained to the reception several times, and each time they made false promises like “we’ll change it today” or “we only have 4 double beds in the whole hotel.” Nothing was ever done, just excuses and lies. Poor management, terrible service, and zero honesty. I do not recommend staying here at all.

Update: After posting my review, the hotel manager contacted me, apologized, and personally promised to change the bed the next day. As usual, nothing happened — just more false promises and unprofessional behavior. On top of that, the bathroom had a terrible smell and there were several other negative issues.
