Pointbreak Otel — Hotel in Ortahisar

Well, well, well I waited to write this review till I reached home and relaxed after a 2 weeks tiring vacation in turkey. Allow me to say, the best person I met during this journey was Mr Zaafer... the worker, the house staff, the receptionist and the owner of the hotel. In him, I saw an active, energetic, spirited, flamboyant, honest, helpful, accommodating & pleasant human being. Although the first impression of the vicinity was not very positive but during the stay it mattered least...mostly over shadowed by the services provided. Regarding the breakfast, although reasonable but can be improved with the addition of a live station & corn flakes. 24 hrs access to free tea & coffee was commendable (but we as Pakistanis missed the milk) Restaurants, in the surroundings were good taste & quality and city centre was only few minutes drive in a nearby white minibus for only TL9. We had a wonderful stay at Point Break Motel for several nights. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and professional. The management, particularly Mr. Arkan, was a responsible and friendly individual.

On our first night, we encountered an issue , but after promptly communicating the matter to Mr. Arkan, the problem was quickly resolved. We appreciated his swift action and attention to our needs.

Overall, our experience at Point Break Motel was highly satisfactory. The combination of clean rooms, good staff, and Mr. Arkan's excellent management made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend this establishment to others seeking a comfortable and pleasant...

It's owner Mr. Akin is a humble and helping person who cares about his customers, rooms are spacious, otogar is at 3 min walk, close to airport 5 min drive and the forum mall is at walking distance You can find buses going to city center from bus stop which is 4 min walk. Although locality in which the hotel may not sound good as there are lots of automobile workshop in the area but it hardly matters as you are away from the hotel entire day and by the time you return they are closing down.
