We were charged a fine for their accusation that we removed our makeup with the towels, which is not true. We actually have our own makeup remover and would never use their towels—it’s disgusting. The service was gross. In addition, the window was broken, and when we asked them to replace it, they said, “This is what we have, all the windows are like this.” I absolutely did not like it at all. They fined us 1,000 lira—for what!!! A towel doesn’t even cost a single lira to begin with.

It’s strange that they still deny and lie. And who said these towels are mine? I should not have paid a single lira—this is pure slander. I would never recommend anyone to visit you. You took advantage of the fact that the car was waiting for the airport and there was no time. I should not have paid at all; on the contrary, I should have demanded compensation for this disgusting treatment from you. Show the towels and show who said they were mine. It’s not enough that I was polite and didn’t demand compensation for the disgusting service and the broken window. Good thing I didn’t ask, or you would have fined me for it and accused me of breaking it. Besides, I’m disgusted by your towels in the first place and would never put them on my face. اخس فندق في طرابزون ولا يستاهل ثلث نجمة والغرفة ضيقة جداً وغير نظيفة والحمام في ريحة خايسة وحشرات خزنه الفندق غير امنه حطيت اغراضي الثمينة والخزنه جودتها تعبانه وقفلت ماتفتح وروحت الاستقبال قالي انتظر انتظرت وروحت له ثاني قام يصرخ ويقوم من الكرسي وينادي واحد اسمه غسان موجود الموظف الا يفتح الخزنه لكن شغل بزورة وعناد -عاملين نظافة الغرف يدخلوا عليك بالكرت وانت نايم بالغرفة بدون اى استاذن وصارت اكثر من مرة وبلغت الاستقبال ولكن بلا جدوى … وغير الازعاج الفندق غير مريح والسرير قريب من باب الغرفه لاانصح الاقامة فيه ولا يستحق اما الموظفين ماعندهم احترام ولا تقدير وبذات الموظف سركان مرة شايف نفسه وقليل الادب جداً فوق الخيال وغير متعاون لايستحق الجلوس بالفندق ثانية والثلاثه كلهم سر كان -وفاطمة -ومصطفى يتمسخرواويضحكوا على العرب اقتصاد البلد قايم على الخليجيين وبدونا الاقتصاد يسقط والنظرات الحادة يبغوا مشاكل كلمت الاستقبال يجي يأخذ الشنط وقت الخروج ولم يأتي حملتها بنفسي الى السيارة تجربة جداً جداً سئية بمعنى الكلمة يااخوان والله كل كلمة محاسب عليها حسبي الله عليهم ونعم وكيل لاانصح باالاقامة اطلاقاً واتمنى من صاحب الفندق يشوف كلامي واتمنى الردع والمعاقبة

Trabzon'un en ucuz oteli ve yıldızın üçte birini haketmiyor. Oda çok dar ve kirli, banyoda kötü koku ve böcekler var. Otelin kasası güvenli değil, değerli eşyalarımı koydum, kasa kalitesizdi, resepsiyona gidip “Bekledim” dedim ve tekrar yanına gittim. diye bağırdı ve sandalyeden kalktı ve Ghassan adında birini aradı. Çalışan kasayı açmadı ama siz odada olmadan uyurken oda temizlikçileri kartla içeri girdi. izin istedim ve birden fazla kez resepsiyona ulaştım ama nafile... Rahatsızlık dışında otel rahat değil ve yatak odanın kapısına yakın. Orada kalmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum ve buna değmez. Çalışanlara gelince, onlarda saygı ve takdir yok ve aynı çalışan Sarkan bir zamanlar kendini çok kaba, hayal edilemeyecek kadar işbirlikçi olmayan biri olarak görüyordu. Bir daha otelde oturmayı hak etmiyordu ve üçü de gizliydi. Fatıma ve Mustafa, Araplarla dalga geçiyor ve gülüyorlardı. Ülke ekonomisi Körfez halkına bağlı, biz olmazsak ekonomi çöker ve keskin bakışlar sorun arar. Çıkış sırasında çantaları alması için resepsiyonisti aradım ama o gelmedi, onları arabaya kendim taşıdım, kelimenin tam anlamıyla çok çok kötü bir deneyim. Kardeşlerim, Allah'a yemin ederim ki, onlara her sözüm Allah yeter, en iyi vekil de O'dur, kalmanızı hiç tavsiye etmiyorum, umarım otel sahibi de bu sözlerimi görür,...
