KIRCI TERMAL HOTEL — Hotel in Osmangazi

Pretty sure that every comments about Mr. Ismail were very great. It seems that got the wrong side of Mr. Ismail in our stay.

We've said that we had reservation by our friend, but he denied. He said that we were not in his list. We gave both of our pasports to check, but he still insisted we weren't there.

Since we were too tired, we decided to book via agoda. After, my husband approach the reception and he showed us the list - which both of our names written on it... only then he said that my husband's name was wrongly written by the hotel reservation staff. We gave our pasports for him to check, but he only checked my husband's. He didn't even care to checked mine. Yet he blamed us for the mistake.

My husband asked to cancel my friend's booking, but he said it was not possible. He asked us to cancel the Agoda booking - which impossible since we arrived more than the check in hour. He even insisted to borrow my cell phone and kept us standing in front of the reception waiting for him trying to cancel the agoda booking while watching youtube for tutorial. He even dare to ask my agoda account access.

We finally rest in our room after 2 hours debating. And yet the problem still not solved.

I was surprised to read reviews which are critical about this hotel. I stayed here 5 years ago. I had a good impression. So I stayed again this December. And it was a very pleasant stay again. When I made a reservation by telephone , I said I wanted to stay in the same room as 5 years ago. The receptionist Mr Tunc checked and found out the exact room number! ||||1.Location is perfect||This hotel is close to the center and also facing a large park. You can walk to Yeni Kapilca( famous hot spring) through the park.( I recommend you to come back by taxi, because you may catch cold after the bath in winter).||You can walk to Sakarya street, where there are good fish restaurants.||||2. Hotel staff are helpful||They were ready to provide information where to go in Bursa. They arranged a car to go to Mudanye port on my way back to Istanbul with a reasonable price .All receptionists were helpful. Also restaurant staff are pleasant . When I told that the restaurant was rather cold during lunch time( Turks are used to low temperature) ,they warmed the place the following day.||||3. Spa adds a value to the hotel||Sauna with a view of Bursa, steam bath, the swimming pool, a large bath( hot spring water), jacuzzi and gym are useful for relaxation.||||4. Comfortable room.||I stayed in a suite room facing the park. I do not deny that rooms are a bit old. But it is comfortable and spacious. It was clean.||Suite room ( including a junior suite ) is a good deal for a bit more expense than a standard room.||5. Reservation ||I recommend you to reserve directly with the hotel. 18 Kasım 2023 günü 16 arkadaşımız ile doğa yürüyüşü amacıyla geldiğimiz Bursa'da dört yıldızına aldandığımız 1 gece konakladığımız otel. Otel'in adında Termal yazdığına bakmayın.. Sıcak Termal su dolu bir havuz göremedik. Bir havuza sıcak su akıyordu ama havuzun suyu ılıktan biraz soğuktu. Belli ki sıcak suyu biraz ılıtmak adına havuza hariçten soğuk su vermişler ama ayarı fazla kaçırmışlar. Olabilir. SPA'dan sorumlu genç arkadaşa durumu anlattık. yapılacak tek şey hariçten gelen soğuk suyun kısılmasından ibaret. Ancak teknisyen olduğu iddia edilen bir amca "benim yapacak bir şeyim yok" demesi enteresandı. Saat 22:00'ye kadaraçık olması gereken SPAbölümünde biz oradayken saat 20:00'da temizlenmeye başladı. Kibarca "hadi çıkında bizde istirahat edelim" der gibilerdi. Bizde çıktık. Odamıza çekildik. Evet geldiğimiz gün hava fevkalade kötüydü. kabul. Elektriklerde Bursa'nın büyük bölümünde fena hava şartlarında kesikti. Otelin jenaratörü var dedik ama jenaratör bir süre sonra durdu. Otel karanlığa büründü. Cep telefonu ile oteli aradık. resepsiyona ulaştık. Sorun ne dedik.. Cevap "jenaratör ısınmaya bağlı sustu" dediler. Dört yıldızlı otelde elektriksiz kaldık. Anlaşılan o ki Jenaratöre gerekli bakım yapılmamış, o jenaratörde ona iş düştüğü vakit bakımsızlığı işletmenin yüzüne vurmuş. Skandal resmen. Arkadaşlarla karar kıldık saat: 22:00'da ulaşımımıız sağlayan emekçi şöfor arkadaşı aradık toplandık ve Bursa'da jenaratörü ısınmaya bağlı susmayan bir çorbacıda çorba içtik ısındık. Çobamızı içip ısınırkende oteli aradık durmadan. Nihayet gece yarısını geçen bir zamanda elektrikler geldi ve otele döndük. Döndüğümüzde odalarımıza meyva tabağı bırakıldığını gördük. Durumu meyve tabağı ile kurtarmaya çalışmışlar. İyi niyeti her zaman takdir ederim. O saatte kim sorumlusuysa otelden en azından bunu düşünmesi benim nazarımda iyi bir durum ama skandalın boyutunu ört bas etmediği de acı bir gerçek. Peki hiç mi, iyi yanı yok bu otelin. var elbette. teknik personel dışında resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar güler yüzlü. vale arkadaşdagayet iyiydi. Odalar güzeldi. Kahvaltı ise vasatın üzerinde iyiydi. Ancak 4 yıldızlı bir otele yakışmayan harici enerji rezaleti ile termal yazıpta sıcak su görememiz tek kelime ile hayal kırıklığı idi. Tavsiye edermiyim?. Asla. Adında Termal yazmasa...
