This hotel is older and rough around the edges. At best I'd give it, based on my experience, 2-stars. You can't please all people all the time and I guess I'm just out one this time.

(Dear Owner Update - You don't have to agree with my review but it is MY honest opinion and I posted photos to back it up. Your reaction says a lot more about you and your hotel than it does about me. You had an opportunity to be gracious. It's unfortunately that your attitude represent your hotel - dirty and nasty.)

I was placed on the first floor and as a solo female traveler I find it an odd choice for a hotel to do. Management should seriously reconsider their policy regarding single females and the location of their rooms

I found my room to be dirty and just surfaced clean. The bed was comfortable enough but the bedding was limited with only one pillow per side. There is a window with a vinyl shade between the bedroom and the bathroom - which the window was dirty. The side tables were wipe down and not clean and there was a nasty sticky residue. The paper card placed on my bed was used, warped android had some food on it.

There are almost no bathroom amenities - other than pump soap and glass cups, nothing else. I didn't even take a shower as the bathroom felt that uncomfortable. The handheld and overhead showerheads were both too much for me to use and could use a cleaning and/or replacement.

The remote didnt look like it's been cleaned in a while, along with the kettle. There were two cups and two mugs face down on a very dirty board along with two instant coffees and three flavors of tea. The kettle was so dusty and dirty I didn't use it. There is a small refrigerator, no mini bar, but upon opening the smell was so bad and had some slimy orange on the bottom that I shut it immediately and cannot tell you if it was working. There was a robe on the bed and slippers in the closet.

After the lack of cleanliness in the hotel room I elected not to participate to be in the public pools.

Ate at the buffet for dinner and the food provided had a lot of options, especially the dessert table. However the buffet tasted very much like buffet food - as a number of items I had were dry or overcooked. Some of the wait staff was friendlier than others and often came by to remove plates, even when you're not finished.

Doors and walls are thin with gaps and you can hear people in the hallway and in the pool. The noise did quiet down at an acceptable time around 9:00 p.m.

I was scheduled to have a spa massage but canceled after looking around the room and deciding that the room didn't meet a level of cleanliness that I would expect and didn't want to try the spa.

The other major issue is that because of the way the room is situated you must open the door completely in order to get in and out.

If I were to return to this area - I would find a different hotel.

This is a fairly large hotel that does service large bus groups. Location is about 10 minutes drive from the lower access point to the terraces.

Despite groups being in house the hotel building itself seemed incredibly peaceful and quite. Except for check out when the groups were leaving we were able to access the elevators. At these times stairs are easily accessible. Room corridors were always pretty quiet.

The hotel is a bit confusing in its design setup with the dinner restaurant on one level with a walk outside to get to it, breakfast on another level inside the main building, spa on another level, etc. It took awhile to remember what was where.

Rooms are comfortable but basic. Small items like kleenex are not provided. There was a balcony but the door leading out to it could not be opened. We also could not find a way to adjust the temperature so the room ran hot.

Meals are all served buffet style to accommodate the groups. That spoken the selection was large and what they served was generally quite good for a buffet style meal.

Dinner offered a variety of vegetarian and meat dishes and an extensive dessert selection. Breakfast was also extensive but the only egg dish they had were hard boiled eggs (I suspect this is mist easy for the large groups). It would have been nice if they had also had scrambled.

Most tables are large group tables. Because groups are the main element they service here the seating hosts kept trying to put us at one of the group tables even though we were traveling independently not with a group. Staff however was apologetic when they did finally understand that we were traveling independently and did seat us at a private table.

There is an outdoor hot springs pool as well as an indoor pool that covers most of the atriums ground floor.

Again, because the staff is most used to serving groups, check out was interesting because they felt we were running late for the tour bus. Again, it had to be explained that we were not with a group. Having to always explain we were traveling independently got a bit tiresome.

Overall though it was a good hotel, particularly if you are with a group. The staff does try and is friendly and accommodating. As an independent traveler though it can be a bit...

I spent one night at this hotel in 2018 and was impressed by its thermal water. The presence of a bathtub with a natural thermal water tap in the room was very interesting to me. I also noticed that the food was excellent, better than expected.

I returned in May 2025 and spent 3 nights, and this review was written in the same month.

There are “STANDARD” rooms and “DELUXE” rooms. Some “STANDARD” rooms do not have bathtubs, but the “DELUXE” rooms all have bathtubs and are slightly larger than the “STANDARD” rooms. I arrived via Denizli Airport, which is an hour away from the hotel by car.

Positive points:

• The thermal water experience in the room is fascinating. If you want to guarantee this service, don't book a STANDARD Room.

• The food, whether breakfast or dinner, is one of the best I have seen in hotels.

• The indoor/outdoor swimming pools are very nice.

• The location is not far from the tourist attractions in the area.

• There is plenty of free street parking. There are some shaded parking slots too.

• Wi-Fi is available at all hotel points.

• Cleaning services are very good.

• Most of the staff speak English.

• Check-in and check-out processes are fast.

Points that need attention by the Hotel Management:

• The rooms are starting to age and need close inspection as some maintenance work is needed.

• The TV is small. There is no variety of channels, let alone international variety. It is not SMART and I believe that 5-star hotels are now switching to SMART TVs.

• Wi-Fi strength is weak in the evenings during periods of high hotel occupancy.

• During my stay in May 2025, the thermal water supply to the rooms was limited to 2 hours in the afternoon and one hour in the late evening. I believe that more time should be allocated to this service.

I hope the above is...
