The Emporia Hotel — Hotel in Pamukkale

Avoid this hotel at all cost, I wished I checked the more recent reviews. We booked 2 rooms and I've had better experiences at motels than this so called 5 stars hotel

The bad: The hotel staff barely spoke english, it was really difficult to communicate any issue that arise

The hotel doesn't any allow outside beverage and food. They suggest the guest to consume only things from minibar and the restaurant. However, the restaurant have virtually no options for people with special diet (vegan, celiac...etc). They claim that the rule is because they have no control over the storage of outside food but it seemed to me to be a money grab in disguise as the restaurant charges 2x the price of restaurants in the area.

The watermelon served at breakfast was spoiled. My family member pointed it out to prevent others eating it. They hotel did respond it by changing it to a new batch

Also like the other guest mentioned, the water they provide are tiny, they are not enough for hot summer days. We've stayed at various 5 star hotels in Turkey our whole trip and none of them have these half sized waters

The ugly: For one of the rooms my family was staying in, they asked for blankets and water. The staff they understood the request and my family showed him the room number to confirm the items will be sent to the correct room. However, no one dropped by to deliver the item. For your information, the bedding they offer at this hotel is a thin towel and there's no additional blankets in the room. The most upsetting and bizarre thing is that the staff somehow decided to deliver the requested item at 5am in the morning when everyone is asleep. Why did they think this is acceptable behavior?

For the room I stayed in, apparently someone next to me requested a wake up call at 5am and the staff mistaken their room for our room. They were knocking and banging on the door non stop at 5am also waking up everyone in the room. After we told them that they got the wrong room, it seems that they proceeded to knock on other rooms in the floor. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional for a so called 5 star hotel. Do you not have a system to know who requested the wake up call? I don't expect anything fancy in hotels but at least a guarantee that I can sleep through the night in a hotel and no one banging on my door for someone else's wake up call

I tried to raise my concern in the morning but no one can understand me and all they can do is toss their hand and say sorry. In short, save your self the grief of this phony 5 stars hotel and please choose...

Kahvaltı son derece çeşitli ve özenli, öğle yemeği ve akşam yemeği de keza son derece lezzetliydi. Servis çok hızlı ve çok özenli. Genel olarak otelin temizliği çok iyiydi. Odaları son derece yeterli ve detaylar düşünülmüş. Özellikle akşam yemeğinin yendiği teras manzarası ve ferah planlamayı çok beğendik. Denizli için yeni ve gelecekte memnuniyet oranı ve hizmet kalitesini zirveye...
