Vista - wellness thermal Hotel — Hotel in Pamukkale

I was informed about the travel agency regarding this great hotel and a value deal. The hotel is far away from any tourist spots. Good ambience but mediocre service. Dinner was a buffet but very poor in quality and taste. I had to place an order multiple times and remind them repeatedly before i was served. The drinks are pricey and are not served properly. The night i was lodged there lot of eastern europeans had booked in bulk and there was a small after dinner show arranged. It was in an open space and i was standing with my better half when i was rudely told by an bearer that this show is private for the other group. Totally rude and i did not except it at all. We stayed in room # 401 for one night as part of our tour. It is little far from the main attraction Hierapolis – Thermal Pool (Pamukkale) .They have a very nice Thermal pool. It is situated in a clam place and surrounded by lot of flora.|| ||The breakfast and dinner had many choice and the foods was good. It has good Spa facility. In the lobby it states they have belly dance and discos free of charge.||||Rooms are big. Wifi is only available in the lobby area. No tea or coffee making facility in the room or complementary water provided. The location is in the middle of nowhere, quite far from the main road. Just like the aerial shoot of the hotel, you'll be surrounded by farms as the vista.||There are 3 floors on this hotel and for people with knee problems, beware as there's no elevator on the premise. |There are porters to help you carry the big suitcase but in case you couldn't found one, be prepared to carry it on your own.||Looks like this hotel doesn't have too many walk in guests except those who came with the tour companies, so service is very minimum. |Bathroom's amenities - bring your own tooth paste and toothbrush. ||Breakfast is a buffet menu with traditional Turkish foods.
