I don’t usually leave feedback after my hotel stay except with Booking.com but this hotel worth thumbs up. I did a mistake by booking this hotel twice via Agoda and Booking. The confirmation with Agoda came in rather late maybe due to Christmas holiday, thus I booked another one with Booking. To cut the story short , the Hotel is very attentive and saw my name twice in the their system and sent me an email. They mentioned to me about two rooms, I tried to cancel the one with Booking though was later than 6pm already, they still accepted it. Thank you very much.
Besides that the room is spacious at least the one we had, quite sound proof, at the corner of a main road but we don’t hear much sounds. Air conditioning is in the room, bath room with warm water and it is clean. We were only there for a transit to Cyprus thus the location to SAW airport is really near. Two stops from metro M4 from airport but we didn’t walk that evening as it was raining. Taxi is just 2-3 mins then from metro station. We didn’t take taxi straight from airport to hotel due to the long Q in the airport. Metro with Istanbul card is easy and cheap.

Read moreWe reserved this accommodation on Booking platform specifically because the hotel description clearly stated they provide an airport shuttle service, which was our main reason for choosing it. After selecting a NON-refundable option, we provided our flight details to arrange the shuttle, but the hotel informed us that the service is only available for departures, not airport pick-ups. This resulted in a back-and-forth exchange, but no solution was offered - not even a paid option. Most disappointing, however, is that after submitting a formal complaint to the booking platform, we received no response. Our advice to future guests is to be cautious when booking. While the hotel itself is acceptable, the lack of proper communication, service, and client orientation is quite disappointing. Also it seems that Booking will not intervene to support you in such cases. After submitting a similar review on Booking platform, the property replied that we a week before arrival to cancel the booking. I would like to clarify that this was a NON-refundable booking. Read moreThe customer service was absolutely terrible. The person who claimed to be the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. No one smiled or tried to help in any way. I had booked and paid for a room with one double bed and a sofa bed for three people — two adults and one child. However, when we arrived, there was only one double bed, and the sofa bed in our room was broken. They didn’t care at all and refused to change our room or offer any solution. They didn’t even agree to give us any bedding for the sofa bed. How were three people supposed to fit in one bed? Only after a long argument and when I said I would call the police did they finally give us another room. There were two young men working there, both very unprofessional. I have never experienced such poor service and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
