Broken fridge in first room: Our initial room had a non-working fridge, and it took nearly 48 hours for staff to address it despite our repeated requests. Each time we asked, staff insisted it was working and only vaguely promised to “have a look,” which felt dismissive and like gaslighting. Their overall response to this problem was very unhelpful.

Dismissive staff attitude: The hotel staff were very laid-back and not helpful. They repeatedly brushed off our concerns (such as the fridge issue) and gave us only minimal reassurance instead of actually solving the problems.

Poor room maintenance: The rooms were clearly not well-maintained. Ceilings were stained yellow from cigarette smoke, electrical outlets were loose or even falling out of the walls, and the corridors (including the rugs) were visibly dirty and worn.

Air-conditioning problems: Although both rooms had air conditioning, the second room we were assigned constantly filled with a strong cigarette smoke smell whenever the AC was turned on, making it very unpleasant.

Noise and safety disturbances: We were disturbed by a completely drugged woman in another room who banged and shouted extremely loudly throughout the night. It went on repeatedly until I personally had to intervene for safety, which was alarming.

Late-night maintenance noise: The hotel’s maintenance team started drilling holes at 11:00 PM while we were trying to sleep, which was very inconsiderate and kept us awake.

Frequent door slams: There were random door bangs and loud noises during the night and again early in the morning, which constantly woke us up and made it impossible to rest.

Checkout conflict: On our departure day, staff rushed us to leave at 12:00 noon even though our booking confirmation clearly stated a 12:30 PM checkout. This pressured us unnecessarily while we were packing up.

Overall experience: We stayed from June 23 to June 27 and found the experience far below expectations. This hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard, if anything, we’d give it a generous 2-star rating. We will never return or recommend...

Stayed in this hotel more than 3 times and everything was wonderful! The design of the rooms and hotel in general is very exquisite. It is very close to the ISG airport, one can get there by a E09 bus from the airport, although its route is only to the main street. The hotel used to have a wonderful restaurant downstairs with a great chef, which was an important reason for us to choose this hotel. Sadly enough, now it has only drinks menu. The staff offered to make a delivery for us, but of course it's not worth it.||The first time we stayed in this hotel it was my birthday and they got us two cakes instead of just one requested.||The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that once we were late for breakfast 10 minutes only, people were still there and the hotel employee said to us that the breakfast was closed then. I understand that it's the policy of this hotel, but we could have been offered at least a cup of coffee instead of getting such a refusal. Given that we come to this hotel that often, this situation shouldn't have taken place...

Large yellow dried urine stains on the toilet seat and the ground around it. Dirty grounds in the whole suite. Cigarette smell. Phone did not work and was not replaced/repaired despite request. Had to walk downstairs to indicate these things. The urine stains were removed by the unfriendly cleaner, who indicated that this room was used by staff. After seeing the dirty room, the manager promised to clean this up, but no action was taken. Large brown and yellow spots on the chairs (possibly again body saps), nauseating. Great pillar in the middle of the suite, which limits the view and sunlight. The meager breakfast consisted of a half-filled plate, coffee was not available. They don't take dietary requirements into account. ||Parking options are indicated on their site and booking.com, which is incorrect.
