A big disappointment this time, the Ramada chain. We used the services of this hotel for only one night, fortunately. At check-in, the receptionist did not know English at all (how is this possible at an international hotel chain). The room was large, bright, but the cover on the bed had a burn hole in the fabric. The sockets on the table where the tea cup was were not functional. There was only one coffee bag for two people, as well as other consumables (only for one person, although there were two people in the room). I went to the reception and asked for a blanket, it was difficult until the receptionist called someone who knew some English and wrote down the request. We chose this hotel as it advertised as a 4 star non smoking, with pool. Sadly none of this was true. We paid extra for a suite, we found it poorly maintained, holes in the walls, cigarette burns on furniture, heat pump not working, many lights not working, floor heating on in bathroom despite summer temp 30 deg, pool closed!!! It was summer very hot, we were directed to a beach across the road. I am still traumatised by the filth, rubbish and polution we found there! I cannot believe the Ramada takes no interest or self respect for its surrounding environment and recommends this beach which is absolutely dangerous to your health, no care or respect at all ver poor.
